Exclusive 115 sqm penthouse apartment at the gates of Salzburg. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Salzburg (10 minutes), as well as you can very quickly reach the holiday regions of Fuschlsee (15 minutes) or Mondsee (20 minutes) The apartment was newly built in 2018 and has a balcony, a terrace and a very spacious roof terrace overlooking Salzburg and the Gaisberg. In addition, there are two underground parking spaces, which take you directly to the apartment by elevator.

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

The city center can be easily reached by bus or the S-Bahn in a few minutes, and the stations can be reached on foot in 7 minutes. In addition to the proximity to the city, the apartment is an ideal starting point for walking or bike rides in the recreational area around the Gaisberg.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
