Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

Local honey & eggs and other breakfast items can be provided upon request for an additional fee.

Ideal for a family vacation, romantic getaway, work retreat, kayak and/or canoeing vacation. Minutes from town. Bayou side fire pit, fish cleaning station, BBQ pit, kayaks and more. Dock for casting crab traps (provided for your use), parking your boat and fishing. Make your way by boat to Cypremort Point in under 30 minutes! Five minutes from the Port of Iberia!

Private & Charming Pool House

This charming pool house has doors that open up to a poolside view. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and a second floor that boasts a pool table and a balcony view of the pool! Sleeps 4. Downstairs sleeps 2 memory foam fold out sofa bed . Checkin time is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. We do allow lenient times upon request.
