Quiet in the countryside

Spacious, self-contained accommodation with unobstructed views. As nature lovers in search of tranquillity, we acquired this old farmhouse nestled in a green setting, surrounded by pastures, a pond and a stream. We have completely renovated the main house and carefully fitted out the barn. The outdoor improvements are not yet finished (facade and courtyard), but the place is already very pleasant. The accommodation is located in Bouvancourt, a charming little village 20 km from Reims.

It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Le Paddock is located in the charming village of Gueux, in the heart of the village you will find a bakery, a bar-restaurant, a tobacconist... Gueux is crossed by the Champagne tourist route and is known for its historic circuit as well as its golf course. The Paddock can accommodate up to 5 people. Parking is available in front of the property.
