House with sea view in the hamlet of Solaro di Lerici. You can eat on the balcony with a super view. A 10-minute walk downhill will take you to the sea in San Terenzo. A 15-minute walk to return from the sea. The area is wonderful with Lerici, Tellaro, and the Montemarcello Natural Park. Porto Venere and the Cinque Terre can be reached by boat from Lerici. There are numerous CAI trails for walks of various levels and beautiful beaches and coves to enjoy the beauty of the sea in all seasons.

Our apartment is located in the village of Pugliola, a few minutes from the center of Lerici. Our area is very quiet and served by free shuttle buses (green line) to and from the center of Lerici and the main beaches in the area. In the village, you will find a bar, a restaurant, and a small deli. We provide a map of the trails in the area. The accommodation tax from April 1, 2024 will be 4 euros per person for a maximum of 5 nights to be paid upon arrival at the property in cash.
