we were very comfortable. the apartment is very well equipped and in good condition. We arrived very late and Jesus waited for us to meet us and give us directions to the house, an excellent treatment. We were only a weekend and what we were looking for was quiet, so it was a stay according to our expectations.

A wonderful place to stay that’s in a great location! Easily walkable to the main attractions of the city and very close to great grocery stores and restaurants.

the house is very spacious,comfortable and has spectacular views. it is very new, large fridge, kitchen utensils,large terrace to enjoy the outside overlooking the sea. all the exterior windows and a large living room and with very good views. very recommended for a holiday.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

A super nice place in a quiet area. Wonderful swimming pool and many sports facilities. Close to the sea and restaurants. Everything we needed was in the beautiful apartment. We really enjoyed the mega terrace!

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!
