Apartment as described in every way. The host had booked us a parking space near the apartment which was very convenient for us. Small touches that make us very well received.

If you search for a definition of an ideal location, this is it. Directly on the beautiful beach, between a lot of restaurants, bars and shops with a wonderful view - top! It also means that this place lives to the late nights so you need to accept some level of noise(but nothing too disturbing, we were there with 2 kids under 5). The flat consists of 2 floors which divides sleeping part from the living part which is perfect although the steps are a bit steep and toilet only on the bottom floor. Anyway - Concha beach+this apartment=definitely perfect combination!

We spent two wonderful days in Teruel in this exceptional apartment, ideally located in the centre. More than just 5 stars, it's a real **6 stars**! Every detail is taken care of, nothing is left to chance. And as a bonus, José welcomed us with great kindness, always available to respond to our every request. Without hesitation, this is the best accommodation we've had since the beginning of our stay in Spain! What do you think? You can of course adapt it to your style. 😊

Carlos gave us the precise directions to get to the accommodation. The stay was great in an ideal setting surrounded by mountains. Next to the room there is a playground in the shade of the trees with the passage of the river ideal for going with children. Highly recommended for visiting the nearby valleys.

Perfect for our stay, close to everything, clean, modern interior, quiet and clean. Check in wasn’t super obvious as Halima wasn’t in when we arrived but after a while her daughter came out to meet us and showed us our room. Would certainly stay again and have recommended to our friends :)

The apartment is as advertised, with a very nice terrace to enjoy, the best pool views we've seen, a kitchen with everything you need, a very spacious bathroom. To put something to improve, it would need a curtain or a screen in the larger bathtub, and I think the bed needs a new mattress. Even so, we had a great time, we would come back without thinking.

We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

Javier, a charming man, was waiting for us upon arrival at the accommodation and showed us everything in detail, and he was also very attentive to make sure everything went well during the stay. The perfect house for 4 friends for a weekend, very spacious and comfortable sofa bed.

We had a great stay at Beatriz's place. The place is very spacious, comfortable and very welcoming. The terrace is very nice and the urbanization is very nice. As for the equipment, it does not lack anything, both in the kitchen and in the rest of the house. Everything was impeccable. The location is excellent for going to the beach and the village as well as the proximity of several supermarkets. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely come back.

Geert's apartment is exactly as shown in the listing. It's located in an ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and shoreside restaurants. We were welcomed on arrival by Geert's co-host who walked us through the apartment and ensured we understood everything. The apartment is absolutely perfect for stays of any length and feels like home. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want and more. The apartment is great, faithful to the description. Everything is very clean and with everything you need. Good area, nice facilities and with services nearby. And the best thing is the treatment of Junior, super friendly and always attentive to us, very attentive and thoughtful. I definitely recommend it and would repeat the stay.
