Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guaynabo

My stay at Don Aracon’s place in Bayamón was great! I used to live in PR and this residence made me want to come back. I slept in the bedroom closest to the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed 4 nights and only ran the air conditioning once, upon my arrival. The neighborhood was quiet, only the sounds of schoolchildren on Monday (which is to be expected and wasn’t bothersome to me). Lastly, for all the solo women travelers who wonder/worry, I traveled as a single woman and had no safety concerns. I checked in really late at night and returned to the Airbnb often late at night and had no issues. No one was outside or anything. I would recommend this place to everyone!

I love the area that the home is in and I love the cleanliness and the brightness of the home. The host, as always is so super kind and always quick to respond. This will be our second time with the same host and property. Definitely a must.

Excelente ubicación, es un vecindario tranquilo y algo céntrico lo cual es bueno porque no tuvimos malas experiencias con la electricidad en nuestra estadía. La casa cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina (sazones), baño (papel, toallas, jabones y shampoo), habitaciones (sábanas y aire acondicionado).

This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

This has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. The host was amazing very friendly and responsive and checks in from time to time which was unusual but very thoughtful ensuring everything was ok. The house was very spacious and clean. Made you feel like you were actually at home. This has now become my home away from home whenever I am in Puerto Rico and gives me reasons to return at every opportunity. 100% satisfaction is still underscoring this amazing experience. Keep doing what you are doing you are doing an awesome job!

This place had everything my husband and I needed for our stay in Guaynabo for 1 week. The place is super comfortable, super clean, cozy, with everything you need and in a good location because we had everything nearby. Javier received us on the day of check-in and explained the amenities. It becomes our favorite option when we have to return to PR. Thank you.

My flight was canceled last minute. I requested and was approved within an hour. It was the perfect AirBnB for my one additional night in PR. The host was helpful and friendly. Everything was as advertised .

We only stayed a couple of nights but it was very comfortable and nice to be close to everything while not actually being the they touristy area. Ileana was a great host, always responsive and had great recommendations!

The place is comfortable, clean, and very quiet. You can sleep peacefully without any noise. Mario is always helpful and ready to assist with any questions or issues. The place looks exactly like it does in the photos. We loved staying there.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family close by. It was perfect for what we needed for my wife and I, and 2 kids. Perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Very safe location and very safe neighborhood. The host was extremely responsive and very helpful with anything we needed. Even made last minute accommodations for us when we needed an extra night. I really enjoyed my stay it was out from the tourist area which is what i wanted. All the recommendations the host gave for food were delicious and local felt great supporting the community. The dwelling was a little outdated but still nice and tidy. Great for what we paid for and would stay again. Also the AC worked fine the water pressure was nice in the shower as well. The communication was great and had no issues very safe area.

I typically prefer to stay in one location during my vacations, but this time I opted for a different approach. Notably, this location was the final destination of my seven-day vacation, and as such, I only had the opportunity to stay for one day. Nonetheless, it was a day well spent. The premises were immaculately clean, clearly demonstrating the attention to detail in their cleaning routine. The air was fresh with the scent of quality cleaning products. I felt an overwhelming sense of comfort and belonging, much like being at home. I recommend that others consider staying at this residence.

Great location in the heart of the beat area of San Juan near great restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. The beach was great and all the necessary gear are provided by the host. Great food all around! Nice to have a parking spot included. Everything we were looking for!

I had a great stay at this condo in Puerto Rico! The host was incredibly nice and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Bright clean space, close to both airport and Old San Juan. It was ideal for our first night in PR—a mother and her adult son—because we could create private sleeping space by closing a sliding partition between the 2 beds. The proximity and access to Condado Beach was a plus.

We had a great stay at Pat’s! The little beach just across the street was fantastic and the beach essentials provided (chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler) made it an easy and relaxing getaway. The backyard area on the lagoon was also an especially peaceful spot! Pat was helpful and responsive both in planning for our arrival and in making recommendations when we asked. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at José’s apartment. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, just steps away from the beach. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. It's also very close to Ashford Avenue, with all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The apartment looks exactly like the photos—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. José was a responsive and helpful host, providing clear instructions that made check-in smooth and easy. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sergio is a great host. His place was just what we needed for two nights in San Juan. Clean and comfortable. We were so appreciative for the beach chairs and beach towels. The beach is a one minute walk from the building. Lots of restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And, Old San Juan is just a 15 minute taxi ride. A great place, thanks Sergio.
