It's was really easy to find.. Everything was excellent. At a good location. Cataño Plaza is at 3 minutes away, ferry is as 5 minutes away, very good restaurant and alot of fun stuff to do with kids...

Here’s your updated review with that detail included: ⸻ Luis was a fantastic host! His home was clean, cozy, and incredibly comfortable, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The check-in instructions were simple and clear, which made our arrival super easy. Luis also checked in with us throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The extra toiletries in the bathroom and a kitchen stocked with spices and cooking oil made a big difference and helped us feel right at home. The neighborhood is in San Juan, close to Guaynabo and about 20 min from Viejo San Juan. It’s worth noting that it can be a bit loud at times due to passing vehicles, not extreme, and personally I am used to it, but something to keep in mind if you’re expecting a completely quiet area. Neighbourhood looked local. The apartment was small but there were only two of us so it was fine. Seems OK for 3 people. It's just as the pic with comfortable furniture and kitchen amenities. The shower cubicle is small but ok. I was mostly there at night to sleep and it was great as a crash pad. another noisy at all. Nothing really in walkable distance so rent a car or be prepared to pay for uber. I don't mind staying again. Host is very responsive.

Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

The space is beautiful and a really wonderful place to spend time in! The pool is refreshing and the bedrooms are comfortable and spacious ! Overall a fantastic experience to stay !

Overall the stay was good and nice. There were 3 of us so it was perfect. The only thing when we put the address to the house it took us the wrong one. We had trouble opening the lockbox too. The house itself was nice and clean. The AC was refreshing and the WiFi was fast as well. When I do come back to PR I would pick this hotel all over again. Raciel is good host.

Thanks Yamile for being very responsive. This apartment is a quiet place to rest and also surrounded by supermarkets, El Tablado in Guaynabo, restaurants, food trucks, and more…. Also the place is very secure and has a good location to go everywhere. If I need again a place to stay I will definitely rent this place.

This place is a great deal for the price. Pretty much 20-30 mins drive to all the touristy spots in San Juan. This stay is great but the houses nearby to this place seemed a bit off to me. Overall, it felt safe with the attached garage and I think is a great accommodation.

I had an incredible time staying with Jose and his cohost Alberto, every single request and problem I had they helped ameliorate or solve. If I had questions about the area or the airbnb itself they replied in a timely manner and saved me so much time and stress— exactly what I needed to help me enjoy my trip here. For the price, the airbnb is value beyond compare, it’s spacious and all of the amenities are exactly as described. It’s homey, and more than enough to support whatever needs you have during your stay. As great as the airbnb is though, i feel like that doesn’t stress the importance of how great of hosts both Alberto and Jose were during my stay. I promise you, this is definitely an airbnb you want to stay at to witness proof of their kindness and helpfulness.

We loved how close Miguel’s place was to shopping and the Beach. Easy access to everything without all the hassle. Even the neighbors were friendly. Nice neighborhood!

The place was very decorative & beautiful. Relaxed, clean & calm atmosphere. The Airbnb had everything we needed from cleaning products, toiletries to even a kuregg. Angel was a phenomenal host & when me & my fiancee decide to come back we'll surely book with him again.

Great studio in a great location! Very close to the beach as well. The condo was very clean and updated.

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Great place if you need something inexpensive right by the convention center! I was here for a conference and this place was perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk from the convention center, it was amazing being able to get over so quickly. Also less than an hour walk to many popular places in San Juan, I enjoyed walking/running to take a dip at Escambron a couple of mornings. I didn't have any issues in the area directly surrounding the airbnb, and felt pretty safe overall. The place was spotless, though as some other reviewers have mentioned there wasn't any hot water (only got lukewarm), and without the AC on at night the traffic sounds were pretty loud. Overall though, those were small issues that weren't a big deal and easily fixed/outweighed by the positives of this place.

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!
