Holiday rentals with a pool in Guaynabo

Host was very responsive. Had an issue with one of AC units in the room, and he had a tech at the house within hours. The house was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again. Thank you!

We were thankful to have picked this place and been able to stay here! Beautiful home and surroundings. We were looking to spend some time in El Yunque and this location worked out well for us. It was not a big deal or too hot but the whole house does not have AC, just the bedrooms. The house was so nicely decorated, clean, and very well thought out!

I had an amazing stay here and felt right at home. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and with the gate and front door lock. The place was impeccably clean and prepared for my stay. I also found the bed super comfortable which is something I’ve noticed is hard to find at most rentals. The room was perfect for days I wanted to sleep-in as well because the curtains kept the room nice and dark. The instructions around the house are helpful and when I called Felix to ask about check-in, he was more than helpful to assist me and he assured I can call 24/7 whenever I needed. I enjoyed being close to shopping areas and the town square where the nightlife is. The pool was fantastic as well but I only swam in it once because the weather was rainy while I was visiting, overall it was nice and warm when I got to swim in it. I hope to be able to visit again soon! Thank you again for your hospitality and for such a relaxing stay!

Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the stunning pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host went above and beyond, providing all the essentials we needed to fully enjoy the pool. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The location was also fantastic, close to local attractions and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

From the time we got in our flight until we walked out the door of her beautiful home Nelida was communcative, friendly, helpful and communicative,,. Her home was beautiful and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing and refreshing. the bed was comfy and the bedrooms were spacious. I'll definitely book with her again when I visit Puerto Rico!!!!!

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. My host was incredibly sweet and always quick to respond to any questions I had, which made the experience even better. The location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and when I needed to take an Uber, they were super affordable (the most I paid was around $10). I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great Airbnb at my Happy Place - Puerto Rico. Welcoming and serene Airbnb. Great location on the Beach and very accessible to restaurants, bars, pharmacies and entertainment. Most things to do are an Uber ride away (inexpensive). Gerardo y Onar were flexible with check-in (allowed to get in a little early), which made my stay more enjoyable. Very responsive and proactive. Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Great place to stay for your trip in PR. Close to all the great spots and Pat left great recommendations to try as well. She was very responsive, the space was clean and views were amazing!
