Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! It was a very nice Airbnb , clean and had what we needed. I really liked having the washer and dryer to keep towels and other essentials clean. It was very peaceful and close to everything we wanted to do or see.

This is a beautiful and peaceful place if you want to disconnect from the city. Jose C is a great and very communicative host. He even help us when our car broke. 1000% recommended.

Josue's home was just the perfect place for my family and I, especially traveling for the death of my wife's grandmother, very quiet, peaceful, and most of all the neighbors are very friendly. Another thing I would like to mention is that Josue is 110% responsive every time I called or write, within minutes either by phone or message he was always there and what a wonderful view especially at night, thank you again Josue for your wonderful hospitality and your amazing story you shared with us GBY ALWAYS!!!

I absolutely love his place, it was exactly what i was looking for, it had everything i needed it, was easy to find, very cozy, super charming, quiet, I will be booking this when i return for sure, it is worth the price in my opinion, i grew up in Verde Mar, and just to be there it was a plus for me, Nelson have the place fully equipped for if you want to just hangout in there, cooking, chilling, and also is a perfect place to be after a long day of fun outside, i fully enjoyed every moment, Nelson was super easy to communicate with, he is a great host, thank you so much for sharing your space, i do recommend this place for your next visit to the east side of PR.

Our 2025 Puerto Rico vacation was so enjoyable!!! The home was perfect just a describe and the pictures that are shown in the listing. The house is beautiful, private, and in a safe neighborhood. The backyard is perfect to relax, cook out and enjoy family time. The home truly came with everything you need for a beach vacation!! All you need to pack is your clothes. Already planning to book at the house again for our family 2026 Puerto Rico vacation. Luis is an amazing host!!

We had a fantastic stay at Jessica’s beachfront villa. Everything was exactly as described. The home was clean, comfortable, and ready for us when we arrived. Jessica was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The location is incredible. The beach is just steps from the porch. The views fantastic. While the ocean currents make it less ideal for swimming right in front of the house, there is a sandbar where we safely splashed and played with our kids. It felt peaceful and private. Most days we had the beach entirely to ourselves. We loved walking the shoreline, collecting conch shells, giant sand dollars, sea glass, and other treasures. If you are looking for a quiet beach escape away from the crowds, this place is perfect. We would absolutely come back.

The location is close to restaurants and shops in Patillas. It is so cute and cozy. We will definitely be back.

Bella Vista had breathtaking views! The house was clean and very nice! We loved the pool and the view outside the window. It was private and quiet. Great restaurants nearby!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Loved having coffee looking out at the ocean every day. Cute and comfortable vacation home for our family of five. We didn’t use the downstairs bedroom (only for a load a laundry and to use the 2nd bathroom). Air conditioning units in each room were used when in the house got warm at night. It was communicated several time that the weekends are pretty “festive” and you can hear cars playing loud music from the road so that wasn’t a surprise. Sound machines are provided but we actually travel with one for our youngest child. After the first night the traffic noise/occasional loud playing car music didn’t bother us and only really noticed it on the weekend. Excellent communication ahead of our stay & during our stay. Hector was very friendly when posing questions. Actually everyone in the area was very friendly. We were glad we avoided the crowds in San Juan and experienced Patillas. Would definitely recommend this home to other families.

The place is beautiful, was very clean and had everything I needed for amenities; has great lightning, a/c, internet, washer/dryer, hot water and so on; I felt so secure and safe(it is imperative for me since I am a female and travels alone), the community is very quiet, private and super secure, you have to go through 2 security check points to get to the apartment, great communication with Jaidy, very nice and caring lady. Thanks for letting me Stay in your Place I just Love it, difinetely will go back! DID I MENTIONED THAT IT IS A BEAUTIFUL FANCY PLACE?! 😍

Excellent for vacation, rest and work stay. Douglas was accessible and presiso in all his instructions, which makes your life easier. The place has an axcess to the beach and pools, the area full of restaurants and close to everything. The entire apartment complex is very clean, organized and accessible. The apartment has everything you need for a good stay. Great place!!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Vista Real! John’s listing was spot-on—beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of five adults. With all the amenities we needed, it truly felt like a home away from home. The plaza location was unbeatable, with grocery stores and great dining options right at our doorstep. Pura Vida, owned by Ivan, is a must-visit. Every restaurant in the plaza offers amazing food—you won’t be disappointed! The convenience of having so many options nearby made our stay effortless. Check-in was seamless, and John was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and truly a Superhost. He went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. Beyond the plaza, Vista Real is perfectly located for easy access to stunning beaches and plenty to explore nearby. Whether relaxing or adventuring, there’s something for everyone. This was the perfect spot for a family vacation! The pool was clean and just steps away, and the beautiful beach was only a five-minute walk .We really enjoyed our stay—Penelope was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout.Hope we’ll be able to come back very soon 🙂

Greg’s place made me feel so secure and right at home, there was a beautiful a atmosphere, view of the ocean from the balcony, pool, a/c and everything else you could look for in an Airbnb. 10/10 I highly recommend taking this trip to Greg’s place!!
