The apartment is above and beyond what was advertised. Bigger and with more amenities than shown. The apt is outfitted with every appliance, crockery and utensil you could think of, and every hi tech device such as two x boxes, Alexa in every room, smart home lighting, ac and controls for everything, smart tvs, fine linen, towels and bedding. Included is a small vehicle which was a huge bonus, this is for local town use and makes it very easy and convenient to get to the beaches, there are many fine beaches within close to medium distance, many restaurants and stores that have everything you may need. Banking is close and safe. Juan Dolio is a safe town consisting of the tourist, area where the apt is located, and the local town, further along the coast. As with any foreign country, common sense is a must. Avoid dark areas away from the restaurants and stores at night, avoid the beaches at night if you are not at a beach club or restaurant. Use the atm during the day

It's a safe and super comfortable place to be with friends, the host is the best person I've had in all my stays, I would return 100%. The place is comfortable, luxurious and in the best condition and location.

Her little house is super cozy, comfortable and refreshing; she always has snacks and drinks ready in case guests arrive late. Her apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's our second time celebrating as a family, we feel like it's our own house on the beach, Yomalis, and her staff Juan and Kathy are excellent hosts, quick response and helpful. We are already thinking about our next visit to Yomalis' house.
