Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Guayabal

It is a place that I recommend 100%, its location is central, the area is very quiet, the spaces of the apartment are necessary for a good stadium, everything is very clean and corresponds to the publication photos, but above all Luisa is an excellent host, she is always attentive to you, your arrival, that you are comfortable, she advises you with the plans you have, it is a love. I hope to return soon!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

I had an amazing stay. The house is as pictured and the neighborhood is peaceful. Wilmer and his team are very professional I will definitely return!

The house was just like in the photos, the hosts are excellent people, very kind and helpful, they were attentive throughout our stay to guide us and tell us where we could go, congratulations to the hosts, I would definitely return to this place.

Juan and Santy were terrific hosts and communicated well during the entire stay. The home is clean and well-maintained, with a large bedroom and lovely view. The apartment is excellent value for money. It can be a bit noisy from the road but this was not a problem for us. A bath mat and a hand towel would be a lovely addition for next time. Overall, I would definitely recommend overall this place. :)

I had an excellent stay at this apartment. Everything was impeccably clean, well cared for and with modern decor that made me feel at home. The quality of the furniture, bedding and appliances exceeded my expectations. In addition, the location was perfect, quiet and with easy access to everything I needed. The host's service was also exceptional, always willing to help and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again,🙏👌

Really nice spot. Great value for the price. Belen is a bustling yet charming neighborhood. The room is small but has what you need. Private bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. Nice balcony. Security was solid. I had to go through 4 gates to reach the room door which also had a lock. Security cams everywhere. The best part were all the staff that were there. The people running the Airbnb were very helpful and responsive. Super friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Gave me great recommendations for local spots. Overall they helped give me the best possible welcome into Medellin and I’m very grateful to them.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and just what we expected. It’s in a convenient location, easy to walk to nearby malls and shops. We had no trouble getting Ubers; drivers found the address quickly and without issues. Overall, a smooth and hassle-free stay. Would definitely recommend.

The place is very nice near the Mall Santa Fe, walking about 5 minutes. if you do tours, they pick you up right there. Go Living Suite has many amenities and a restaurant. recommended.

Highly recommended... it matches the description, Mauro is very friendly and always attentive. It is close to shopping centers, other destinations are less than 10 minutes away by car.

Juan's place is in the middle of the action and close to everything you need with a great view from the balcony! Friendly staff and a nice restaurant downstairs!

A few blocks away from all the noise and chaos from Provenza. Good apartment. TV worked good. Kitchen and bathroom all good. The balcony faces a street so id bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper just in case. AC worked well.
