good location and safety place..!

What a location! Fantastic view over the lake. The apartment is very stylish, modern, spacious, very clean. We wish we would have stayed more. It’s pricey but worth it!

It's a wonderful place to stay more time than the one we chose. It's a quiet place, with a great scenery and lots of wildlife. I will recommended for a week vacation away from everything.

This was my LIR to Arenal interim stop on way to La Fortuna since we landed after 2:00PM. I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night. It was clean and very elegant yet homey. The view in the morning was to die for.

The host is very friendly, the accommodation is beautiful, exceeded my expectations in every respect. We will definitely be back!

The gated community on the hillside overlooking Lake Arenal was a beautiful and serene setting to spend our time in Costa Rica. The room we stayed in was separate and private. We left the windows and screen door open, and the breezes kept the room cool enough where we never used the air conditioner. Listening to all the birds and surrounding wildlife was all we needed to feel relaxed for sleep. The location is on the outskirts of the closest town, so one word of advice is to get groceries before you get there because once you're there, you won't want to run back into town due to the last couple miles of unpaved road.

Where can I start....This is my first time to La Fortuna and we had a great vacation with the help of Gregory. Gregory's is a great host and his property is one of a kind which suits well for La Fortuna environment with lot of nature to enjoy inside his property. He helped in almost everything including recommending a nice Chef Gabriel.

Found our stay at the apartment comfortable and enjoyable. The place was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were spacious and the mattresses comfortable as were the sofas in the living space. It was an ideal location for our base for the week, close to town and restaurants, but also perfect as a sanctuary from some spectacular rain and thunderstorms that would roll in. We never really used the kitchen for cooking but it had all the amenities. The shower had good water pressure and hot water if needed. Our hosts were very friendly and responsive to any questions. If we needed it, fresh towels and sheets were available as was a tidy and clean of the garbage and bathroom from the helpful lady who worked there. We stayed for just over a week and would happily return and recommend to others.

Here you get a great value for money. The apartment that we stayed in was nice. It was peaceful. No noise. At the same time a short walk to the city center. A good restaurant nearby. The area had good safe parking. I will definitely be recommending this place. I would gladly return. Best place I've stayed in La Fortuna. Highly recommended. Air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen. The beds were good. The sofa and TV were impeccable. We had a great time. Thank you so much for us.

Greg was an awesome, super responsive and friendly host, always willing to help out with activity and restaurant recommendations. Greg also has a full time on-site property manager, who is able to address any issues which may arise. The unit is brand new, with modern amenities and furnishings. The property has a beautiful pool and hot tub and there is a nature area with a walking trail and a gazebo in the back. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in La Fortuna.

This place was great for our group of 4! Santos, the guard was very helpful and friendly, he even brought us fresh coconuts by the pool! Greg the host was very helpful making sure we were good and always responded quickly! The only thing about staying at this Airbnb is to get a car! It is about 20-25 minutes away from the town of La Fortuna, and that’s where most of the sights to see are! Other than that this was a great stay and had everything we needed! Felt very safe!!

This has by far been one of the most peaceful Air bnb's i have stayed at. The home is gated and very secure and so is the area. the amenities were as describe and the whole place gives you a private feel you feel as though you have the whole place to yourself. The property also features and 3/4 mile trail paved in the back that is very peaceful to walk around especially in the mornings. The owner clearly thought of many aspects of the property to please all and give you a private fee. the communication was amazing Gregory went above and beyond to ensure all was well and we had no issues or concern honestly never had that much detail from a host/owner before it should be a standard for all. The area is not to far from local attractions for me the drive was relaxing around the mountains so peaceful. i traveled here with my wife / son and a few family friends we all were very pleased and sad that we only had 3 days to book here. the market is within 4 min drv i would highly recommend

Hello a very cozy, clean and spacious place. Meeting our expectations. Congratulations, it's a great place. I would definitely come back again, highly recommended.

The place is great for a relaxed getaway for couples or families. We had amazing time and rested days in the area. House looks like the photos, very clean and nicely decorated. Hosts are very friendly and responsive and help with anything we needed; having them close helps with communication. The house does not have a view to the lake directly, but you can enjoy the amazing gardens and see plenty of birds right in front. When walking a little up the hill, you do get full view of the lake. This side of the lake is a little less busy on restaurants, but there are a still a couple of alternatives if you want to move around. Overall, we were very happy with our holiday and would love to come back.

Very clean! Host was so nice. Kids loved the pool. The host had wonderful local recommendations! Pool was clean. House and bathrooms were clean. Beds are firm, which we love!

I had dreamed about taking my family on the "vacation of a lifetime" for years. Morada Calibri and Andy made that dream come true beyond what I ever imagined it could ever be. The entire property held beauty beyond description. I couldn't get enough of it. The home was amazing with private decks from each bedroom. The in-suites were spacious and clean. The exterior patio, hot tub pool, and dining area were private and we spent a good amount of our visit there. The property was a tropical garden. I spent my late nights walking through it absorbing the beauty. We even had a family of sloths along with red-eyed frogs, many lizards, butterflies, birds,and even a toucan entertaining us . Andy was an amazing host he even brought us fresh bananas from one of the trees there and ordered pizza for delivery for us when we didn't know how to. I can't say enough good about him and Morada Calibri. If you choose to go, you will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing time at Jorge's home in the La Fortuna area! We were there for 2.5 weeks with two families (4 adults and 4 kids in total). The home was excellent for our needs. We preferred staying a bit out of the main tourist areas so we could enjoy some more local vibes, and Tanque was perfect (we had a rental car, and that is pretty necessary to get around in this area). Thank you Jorge for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home!

The four of us had a wonderful stay at Paradise Ranch. The location was just right to drive to either Arenal Volcano or Monteverde Biological Preserve. The view of Lake Arenal was outstanding, and we enjoyed watching the wildlife. Our local host Kristalin was very helpful to greet us and answer any questions that we had. The place was clean, well equipped for cooking dinners and stocked with fresh fruit. My only suggestion is that the driveway is very steep and I would recommend using all wheel drive, which we had anyway. I would recommend renting this place anytime.
