A beautiful house, the large and very clean rooms, quiet and private family atmosphere, a few blocks from Santander Street and you have very close a place to make your pantry for the stay, thank you very much for welcoming us and Don Tomas was very helpful, very friendly and I support us immediately, Thank you for everything, we recommend this house as a great experience, we will definitely return

Great place. Felt right at home. I booked this place twice. Peaceful area, modernized.

My family and I had a great time staying in Vale’s place. We each had our separate rooms and bathrooms but still felt cozy and like we were at home. The view from the rooftop is incredible. We visited during semana santa and felt Vale’s place was close enough to the center without feeling crowded. We were able to view the processions and enjoyed the restaurants nearby and the neighbors were so kind. I look forward to staying here again for a longer period of time to fully enjoy the house.

The house is great and the rooms were quite comfortable. We got to our place very late but our hosts was quite understanding. the location is very central and the parking is a great help.

Gorgeous location and stay! Rosa was always so attentive to my needs and very communicative! Only downside is that you are about 30 minutes away from Antigua and there is not much happening in the village.

I had a great experience in this house. Everything was very clean, well cared for and just as shown in the photos. The location in a quiet area. The communication with the Host was quick and clear at all times. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again in the future.

Came with a group of 5 Freinds … the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Bbq area, pool, hammocks, very serene and the pier is close by … there are lots of stairs so be aware with luggage and walking. We had Claudia and her mother cook two nights for us and the food was amazing… I would have a list of items you will require so they get them for you since there isn’t a store nearby. You are definitely pretty remote. Boat is the easiest way to get around. I’d come back again and explore the other villages/towns nearby. San Juan was fun with lots of shops and coffee and chocolate factories

This was our first time touching down in Guatemala, and I’ve got to say this spot was a whole vibe from the moment we arrived. The area was not only super walkable but also packed with an incredible selection of restaurants, cafés, and local gems just steps from the building. As for the apartment? Straight-up stunning. Every detail felt curated for comfort and style, and the view?!!!! Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that scenery every morning was unreal. The energy of this place was on point, relaxing yet vibrant, with just the right mix of culture and convenience. Definitely an unforgettable stay! Will be staying here again on our next visit.

Anne's apartment was great, as described! It was conveniently close to Cayalá (a 10-minute walk across the street) and closer to other places like Cemaco and its nearby stores/restaurants. Definitely one of our favorite spots!!!! Not just because the place is beautiful but because of the excellent service of the host. We had a nice week and felt right at home. The villa is beautifully decorated and you can see that all the details are taken care of to make guests find everything cute and clean. Juan Humberto was always looking out for us and making us feel at ease. Gloria also provided us with wonderful assistance and made it possible to enjoy our vacation even more.
