La vecchia fattoria dei Ferretti è divenuta oggi un'accogliente casa vacanze in campagna. L'Abitazione del Lauro, il più grande dei due appartamenti indipendenti, è disposto su due piani ha 4 camere da letto (5° opzionale), 2 bagni ed ha ingresso indipendente. E' ideale per famiglie o gruppi, che desiderano soggiornare poco sotto le colline dell’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano, immersi nella natura, nella pace della campagna, circondati da animali selvatici ed immersi nel grande giardino attrezzato.

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

Relaxing stay

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Appartamento in stile rustico con accesso indipendente inserito in un caseggiato in campagna poco distante dal centro storico ( 650 m, 8 minuti a piedi ) e dal fiume Po ( 2,5 km ) raggiungibili a piedi o in bicicletta. Per gli amanti della natura e per chi vuole godersi spazi campestri all'aria aperta nel totale relax. Può ospitare comodamente fino 6 persone e anche oltre. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!
