Communication was clear and objective from booking to check-in, which was super practical. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: clean, organized and very well located, close to everything. Although there is no parking space, the fact that it is in front of a Military Police base provides a lot of security to leave the car on the street, and there are several parking options nearby. I recommend it!

Great space! Renan was always clear in all instructions, helpful and facilitated our check-in. Dagmar, who was responsible for welcoming us, was a sweetheart, and the space was impeccable, even better than in the photos, everything clean, utensils that helped us a lot, comfortable beds, I will definitely return and we will be loyal customers :)

It was a wonderful stay! The environment is really as described, super appropriate for a couple, the view doesn't even need comments, wonderful. And because it is in front of the sea and on the avenue, we were surprised by the silence in the apartment. The surroundings also help a lot, as everything is close by, we didn't take the car out for anything, lol. I'm sure I'll be back soon.

I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean pool, gym and game room. The staff are friendly and attentive. The place was a surprise. The location is scary at first, but as Rodrigo said, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Besides having a lot of convenience nearby and the people are great. Rodrigo was very solicitous, fast and effective in his communication. It was really worth it, especially for Enseada beach, which is very close, clean and comfortable. The only improvement is that I didn't feel so much privacy, because the upstairs house is very accessible and areas are shared. Of course, it was great.

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

Casa is exactly like the photos, location very close to the beach, we were walking every day, bakery, supermarket and a gallery very close to the location! Safe house, spacious garage, new utensils! I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. ABOUT the HOUSE : sensational , has all the utensils in the kitchen , I did not miss absolutely Nothing , including drinking water and ice cream in the kitchen every day . The mattresses are comfortable , clean bath towels, new soaps in all suites, full bedding and excellent furniture. SECURITY : note 10 , we went to the beach and left the whole house open and we did not touch or the doors ,The super quiet condominium, we heard only the sound of the birds.
