Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Beatrice und Alessandro. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zumachen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

This was our second stay at Sandra’s house in Quercianella. The peaceful coastal village has all essentials, and sand beaches and nearby towns are just 15 minutes away. The house, located on a hillside, is cozy, well-equipped, and offers a lovely terrace with fresh herbs and fruits in the garden. Our kids enjoyed exploring the garden and tasting the herbs. Sandra and her family are incredibly kind and welcoming – it was a pleasure meeting them. We felt at home once again and would love to come back!

My family and I -- six adults and a 9 month old -- spent two delightful weeks at Il Granaio. Before our arrival, Greg (the host) put me in touch with Ally, the property manager, who provided much useful information in advance and ensured we could find our way to the hidden gem that is Il Granaio. Once we arrived, Ally was available as needed, responsive to my queries as we settled in. We enjoyed the Villa and property immensely, using it as a base camp as we did day trips all around Tuscany and a longer visit to the Ligurian coast. The house was comfortable, attractive, and well-outfitted, with fantastic views from the second floor; the surrounding countryside was peaceful and beautiful; the pool was a perfect place to cool off and relax after being out and about; and the billiard table provided enjoyment for all! And having our own washer and dryer was incredibly convenient, especially when traveling with a baby. Wonderful memories were made for our family at Il Granaio!

Ein absolut traumhafter Aufenthalt! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir von Gastgeber Lorenzo und Senta sehr herzlich empfangen. Beide nahmen sich viel Zeit, uns alles zu zeigen. Zur Begrüßung gab es liebevoll ausgewählte Gastgeschenke - frische Eier, Olivenöl, regionaler Wein, kleine hausgemachte Spezialitäten. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail aus Stein und Holz gestaltet und bietet aus jedem Raum einen tollen Blick – besonders beeindruckend: die Dusche mit Aussicht in den blickdichten Garten. Der Garten ist eine wahre Oase – komplett umzäunt, blickdicht und umgeben von Olivenbäumen - ideal zum Entspannen . Der Whirlpool wurde extra für uns vorgeheizt, was den Aufenthalt noch besonderer machte. In der Umgebung gibt es Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Meer ist nur 20 Min. entfernt (Rad 50 Minuten). Wir bekamen tolle Ausflugstipps und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder – danke für alles!

This property exceeded our expectations with spectacular views and peaceful, natural surroundings! The host was friendly and responsive. The proximity to San Gimignano and other Tuscan destinations was convenient. Each day felt magical! Just sitting on the patio was amazing! An unforgettable destination and experience!

Du kan sluta leta nu! Detta är förmodligen det mest perfekta boendet och med den bästa värden i hela Toscana. Detta sagt av en mycket resvan och ganska kräsen familj från Sverige som denna gång åkte med tre söner 16, 18 och 22 år och äldste sonens fästmö. Värden Lorenzo är helt fantastisk både före och under vistelsen: snabba svar, otroligt hjälpsam och väldigt tillmötesgående. Du bor i en renoverad kvarn (två superfräscha separata byggnader varav en är nybyggd) i den lilla byn Montefoscoli, med vidunderlig utsikt över landskapet och solläge från morgon till kväll. Stor uteplats med grill och pool för härliga måltider och avkoppling. Inne finns allt man behöver och mer därtill: full utrustat kök, diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, strykutrustning, ac i varje sovrum. Bra wifi och tv-box. Utmärkt litet bageri 50 m från bostaden. En liten Coopbutik 5 minuters gångavstånd från bostaden med allt man behöver. Vi har redan tipsat vänner och bekanta om detta boende — bättre blir det inte!

I stayed with my family at Maria's beautiful house in the countryside north of Grosseto. The property is idyllic, tucked away between the trees with virtually no line of sight to other houses or buildings. The home is modern (although the architecture is very traditional) and the furnishings are of very high quality. The outdoor pool area is perfect for an evening cocktail or just to lounge during the day. I cannot recommend Maria's home highly enough and I look forward to visiting again!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Tolle Unterkunft, wunderschöne, friedliche Umgebung und sehr herzliche Gastgeber! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir waren mit 7 Personen für unser Trainingscamp hier und hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in der Villa. Es ist wirklich noch schöner, als wir es aufgrund der Bilder erwartet hätten. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen und nur einer Hand voll anderer Häuser kann man perfekt abschalten - ob am Pool, im Garten oder in Haus selbst. Zara und Mark sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auf jede Frage bekamen wir sofort eine Antwort und außerdem jede Menge hilfreiche Tipps, um unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Zara hat uns bei einer kleinen morgendlichen Wanderung die Umgebung gezeigt. Diese Plätze hätten wir ohne sie niemals gefunden. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.

We had an amazing time in the villa from Tommaso. It has all the amenities that you expect from a villa in this price class. The view looking over the valley is beautiful. The communication with the host was very pleasant and swift. As an example; The existing tv got broken in the evening and the next morning Tomasso installed a new one with all the modern features like Apple Airplay. Since the weather was not great the first days you can imagine that this was very nice to have a good working tv. Anyone who is considering renting a villa in the surrounding of San Donato, I highly recommend this villa from Tommaso.

Séjour incroyable en famille (12 adultes). Nous avons apprécié la propreté, l’espace des pièces, le calme et bien la piscine très propre avec le mobilier relax. A conseiller vivement, idéal aussi pour des familles avec des enfants encore petits.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte presso questa splendida villa. Eravamo in 14 e ognuno ha trovato comodamente i propri spazi. La casa è molto grande e ben disposta, il piano terra regala momenti di convivialità difficili da ricreare altrove. L’ampio salotto attrezzato con Ping pong e calcio balilla affaccia, insieme alla cucina (splendidamente attrezzata), sul porticato e sul giardino interno, creando un’unica, grande zona di condivisione. La casa è adatta davvero a tutti, anche ai più piccoli, il cortile interno è chiuso, sicuro e gode di molta privacy. Passare qualche giorno in questo alloggio è una di quelle esperienze che bisognerebbe fare almeno una volta al mese. La proprietaria Barbara ci ha seguito in maniera impeccabile fin dall’inizio con istruzioni accurate e ottimi consigli. Ci ritorneremo

We had a fantastic relaxing stay at this place. The house was large and had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. The house and garden offered a great atmosphere with its nice places to sit and relax or having our meals. Thank you Elena and Eugenio for your hospitality and great service.

Dana's house is a jewel in itself, not only what you see in the pictures is what you will find at the location, but also there was a lot of attention to details, starting from all the appliances in the house, to the welcoming with everything you could eventually need for a stay in an house in Lucca, and possibly more. Dana herself was proactive and helpful, and she even went the extra mile on a few requests and helping me out with an issue I had (not related to her house). The location per se is amazing, a bit far from Lucca'a walls, but easily manageable with a good walk or, even better, by biking there. For this reason though, it can be reached via car, have a nearby parking, and for those reason it will also represent a nice starting point to explore all the whereabouts.

Incredible! We had such an amazing time staying here. Charly & Ann have done it up so beautifully. The views are incredible and it’s so peaceful. Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe von Freunden dort und hatten einen super schönen Urlaub! Der Gastgeber Juri war sehr freundlich und hat sofort auf Fragen geantwortet. Das Haus war groß und bestens ausgestattet. Im Haupthaus und im kleineren Haus am Pool gab es jeweils eine Küche. Man kann auf der Terrasse sehr schön mit allen zusammen essen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man knappe 10min, nach Lucca ins Stadtzentrum 15min und ca. 30min nach Pisa. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. Vor Ort ist es ruhig und wir hatten keine direkten Nachbarn.

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

We had a wonderful stay with family and friends, including young children, in Brian's lovely villa. The property has fantastic views and is enormous. Brian was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged a delicious meal for us one evening. We were particularly grateful that they came up with a special vegan menu for two of our friends, who really appreciated the effort and the food! I would definitely go back.

Sehr schönes Airbnb, perfekt um den Urlaub zu genießen! Alles war wie beschrieben, Annamaria und ihr Bruder waren gut zu erreichen falls Fragen waren. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung von Pisa bis Florenz und auch das Meer ist nahegelegen.

Traumhafte Lage mitten in einem Olivenhain, sehr ruhig, keine Nachbarn. Im Haus und Grundstück gibt es viel zu entdecken. Da das Haus ca. 3 km außerhalb liegt, sollte man mobil sein. Die Gastgeber reagierten immer sehr schnell.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderbar und perfekt geeignet für zb mehrere Paare, da jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer besitzt. Die Sonne kann man im schönen Außenbereich und im Pool genießen. An Fröschen die auch in der Nacht quaken sollte man sich allerdings nicht stören. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und der Grill machen die Unterkunft perfekt. Der einzige Nachteil waren die bellende Hunde der Nachbarn in den frühen Morgenstunden, aber bei geschlossenen Fenster ist es in Ordnung. Das Haus ist nur über einen steinigen Schotterweg erreichbar, aber es geht wenn man der Wegbeschreibung von Massimiliano folgt :) Ansonsten kann man vom Haus aus mit dem Auto Städte wie Livorno, Pisa oder Lucca sehr gut erreichen. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für Unterkunft und Host!

We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's beautiful home! The house itself is gorgeous and traditionally Tuscan. It is also in the most incredible scenery and sitting outside and taking in the view was an absolute joy. However, by far the best thing about our stay was Concetta and her husband Paolo. They could not have done more to make us feel more at home and it honestly felt like we were part of the family while we were there (including making us the most incredible meal, which I would strongly recommend you do if you stay!) Their hospitality, helpfulness and warmth made it feel like a true escape and I could not recommend it more.

Beautiful place and so spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with some spices in the cupboard too. There is a nespresso machine and the host left some pods, lovely to enjoy a espresso while taking in the quiet beautiful surroundings. Big bedrooms, pool and table tennis. We only stayed for two nights, would love to come back. It’s perfect

Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable! L’emplacement est idéal et paisible, un vrai havre de paix au beau milieu de la campagne Toscane. La piscine est magnifique, avec une vue imprenable. Le logement est très charmant, très fonctionnel et très propre! Eugenia est accueillante, d’une extrême gentillesse, disponible tout en étant discrète, et de bon conseil. Ce fut notre première expérience en airbnb et nous repartons de chez Eugenia des étoiles plein les yeux… Mille mercis Eugenia, nous reviendrons, et nous vous recommanderons vivement! A pronto!
