We are Emilia and Luca, we live here with our sons and our mission is to give the best to our guests, to fully enjoy this marvelous place.

The house sits in a protected oasis surrounded by a beautiful private park with olive trees, a pond, pine trees and woods, where you can walk, relax and enjoy the pleasures of unspoilt nature. Appartamento di 45 Mq disposto su un unico piano con piccolo giardino utilizzabile per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Comprende: un soggiorno con divano letto e cucina, un bagno e una camera da letto. In zona residenziale di Cecina, a 10 minuti di auto dal mare. Il parcheggio è libero in tutta la via dell'appartamento. L'appartamento è a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Cecina. Fermata Bus a 2 minuti a piedi. Per gli ospiti ci sono a disposizione due biciclette.

L’appartamento delle Rose è collocato all’interno della guest house Mulino dell’Argenna. La struttura è stata completamente restaurata nel 2015. Si tratta di un ex Mulino in pietra risalente al 1400, costruito lungo il corso del Borro dell’Argenna. Il Mulino è un luogo incantevole, immerso nel verde del bosco, con un bel parco di un ettaro e una grande piscina. Un posto ideale per trascorrere i vostri giorni in Toscana nella massima privacy, a pieno contatto con la natura.
