Beachfront holiday rental in Guardamar del Segura

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Sonia’s appartement was perfect for our resting holidays. The view is very relaxing, we slept very well, the tunnel to the beach is magic. Restaurants are delicious and a very good bakery is just down the flat with also small supermarkets. There’s everything you need in the flat to make your stay very confortable like if you were at home. Sonia is very welcoming and flexible, we would love to stay again in the flat for a future holiday in Alicante.

It's a perfect apartment for a plan like ours (a 5-day couple's getaway). The beach next door, the tram too, good restaurants and the center of Alicante about 15 minutes by tram. The apartment is small, but you don't miss anything. Not a single noise at night. Communication with Rubén was excellent, by phone he informed me of everything at the time, and he even took care of booking us a taxi to the airport. Perfect stay, we will return for the apartment, the host and the beach, which is spectacular

Fab studio apartment in a perfect location, close to everything. The terrace is a great spot to relax and take in the sounds of the street below, but as soon as you close the doors, it’s completely quiet inside. It was unusually hot for June when we visited, but the air conditioning kept the apartment really comfortable and cool. Carlos was quick to respond and very helpful. A great place to stay!

Raquel explained everything very well, very friendly, we had no problems. El apartamento para dos es perfec. Very nice and very cozy. Everything was very clean and tidy. The shower is very large, super comfortable.

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

The stay was great! Communication with Rocío is very easy and agile. The location is excellent, right in the liveliest part of Alicante's Old Town. It is close to the beach and has all the necessary amenities.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Absolutely amazing flat and pool, beach is only a 2 mins walk away. Nice restaurant and a few touristy shops around. Would definitely stay again :)

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Everything was super good, I loved the view! The apartment was also fresh :) and lovely communication all the way. 🌸

We had an amazing stay at Natalia’s place and can’t recommend it enough! She was warm, caring, and went above and beyond—even driving us to the bus station because we had so much luggage. We originally booked 6 nights but loved it so much we extended for 4 more. The apartment was beautiful, super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like home. Natalia’s communication was always quick and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and the Consum supermarket. If you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly wonderful host, this is the perfect place. Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with a child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check in and check out. Sophie and Jean-Claude are super welcoming and they are very attentive. The apartment is spotless and perfectly equipped, nothing is missing, they thought of everything! We had a wonderful stay, everything is as advertised. The place is quiet, and at the same time you are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the city centre, you will find everything (shops, restaurants...). And you can walk along the seafront, it's nice. Add to this the good advice, kindness and benevolence of Sophie and Jean-Claude, happiness guaranteed ;)

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Will definitely book again in the future

The apartment perfectly matched the description. It was very well located so you could go anywhere on foot (downtown, beach). The terrace is a plus because it is very oriented, in general a very nice apartment, with the perfect amenities (2 bathrooms) and I insist super clean which gives a lot of confidence. Thank you!
