In front of the house, there is a natural stone slab, perfect for fishing with a hook and cast net. From June to August, you can watch mullet fishing right in front of you! We are in the city center, 1 block from restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, and the Fish Market. All the convenience of walking, on the beach and in the city!

Guarabeach House Wake up to the sunrise as seen from your window. A few steps from the beach, the house offers a large leisure area with a swimming pool, a deck facing the sea with a heated jacuzzi, perfect for enjoying your stay even on cold days. There are 4 air-conditioned en-suites, 2 kitchens, a gourmet area with a barbecue, 2 TV rooms and large balconies overlooking the sea. 3 parking spaces, accommodates 16 guests and is pet-friendly. House with all utensils and bed linen for your convenience.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

The 3 bedrooms have a queen-size box bed, split air-conditioning. The kitchen is complete, with induction stove, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender and washing machine. It has bed linens, blankets, towels, beach chairs and umbrellas!
