This is the room inside my apartment (reversible or dependency) with a bathroom for exclusive use next to it and an independent entrance. It has an outdoor area (garden). 1 standing fan. The kitchen is for shared use. The apartment is 300 meters from Morro Beach (3 to 5 minutes on foot) and has a variety of shops nearby. Sun of the afternoon. I have a gentle, elderly dog as a host.
