Beachfront holiday rental in Guarapari

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal doesn't reach the bedrooms.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. Looking forward to returning! Thanks Mosie and Evaldo, again. We felt at home!

Great! Just like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach at the back of the building is a warmth, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras super close, you can walk. Mr. Luiz was very helpful in all the times we need to make contact with him.

I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

Helpful and thoughtful host. Your hospitality made us very comfortable. Beautiful apartment, very tasteful and very nicely decorated. Well located and close to trade and fairs. We were surprised by its size. Greater than on the photos. It had everything for our comfortable stay. We thank you for the pampering left at check-in. We'll come back more often.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
