Excellent location. Exclusive building for shortstay. I spoke with the host, but we found some things in the apartment. Worn bedding, with 1 duvet with holes. Glass box of the social bathroom broken. The sliding door was missing. Where the bath was not pleasant because of the water leaking through the bathroom.

My experience was exceptional, thanks to Cleiton's promptness and attention. He was a huge help, especially with my mother, who arrived first after a trip of more than 20 hours and is not very familiar with technology. Cleiton helped her with everything, making sure she was comfortably accommodated. In addition, he took care to arrange for her to be able to dine easily, which demonstrates admirable care and attention. The stay itself was very comfortable and the location, excellent! The space is cozy and well-equipped, providing all the necessary comfort after a long day. The ease of access to Joinville's points of interest also made the trip much more enjoyable. Our stay at Marcílio's site was wonderful! I made a special trip with my 5-year-old son to ride the Enxaimel Route and enjoy the quiet of the place. The site is spacious, with a great pool, and provided us with very relaxing moments — we sleep super well every night. My son was delighted by feeding the birds and playing outdoors. Pomerode is also an excellent destination for kids, with attractions such as the Zoo, Vila Encantada, the tram ride and Osterfest. In addition, the city has amazing restaurants. We felt very welcome and there was absolutely nothing missing. We recommend for sure!

The cottage is beautiful inside, with an impeccable kitchen, we used the barbecue and left it clean, and it fit like a glove. There was wine in the mini cellar to buy, the hydro is impeccable. We took our dog, and he loved lying on the grass in front of the cottage. The wood heater in the cold was very good. We brought cheese bread and Minas Gerais colonial coffee to make, but the host Taluana offered an alternative of coffee in the accommodation with a separate value. Electronic security, swimming pool, chimarrão items, wine glasses. Garage in the shade of the trees, an orchard. Totally familiar environment. We like it very much, and the landscape of the surrounding mountains is wonderful. A few meters away there is a fishing boat with a great lunch recommended by Taluana. I recommend it and will return for other holidays.

The stay in this apartment was simply perfect! The apartment is impeccable, clean and very comfortable. It has all the useful accessories that really make a difference for a more practical stay. The decor is very tasteful and the kitchen, designed with many cabinets, was a differential. The condominium is beautiful, clean and safe, with the convenience of a grocery store and easy parking. Check-in was super fast and access to the place was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, always helpful and attentive. We recommend it!

The house is excellent. I've stayed there before, but I always feel at home.

We stayed one night only at the Ap da Jaíne, but it was a good accommodation. Jaíne was very available and explained exactly the check in, we were very calm. A negative point is the building does not have shutters, which makes the room very clear, including at night, as there is a light from the house next door that is picking up in the window. It has black out but does not resolve 100%.

I highly recommend her, extremely polite and helpful, super understanding.

Maria Olinda and Luiz are great amphritrians! The kitchen and living room space was great to house our family. It has 01 suite, 2 bedrooms, and another bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed that has no door, but that's fine... in addition to another bathroom and a bathroom in the outdoor area. My nephew stared at the external shower, and took a bath (cold) there, after our trail. The trail: I recommend going back and forth in the same place, and it's pretty naughty, it's not for anyone. My father kept fishing in the lakes. It has easy parking, and the access (unpaved street) is also very quiet. It's a quiet place, and the owners live right at the entrance, but it doesn't take away the privacy. The market is not that close, but it has a big good about 15 minutes by car. We intend to go back.
