Spacious house close to the city, far from the city noise, with an incredible view of the mountains, Lake Furnas and the Marina. It is only 3 km from the Capitólio shopping center. It has a swimming pool with a shallow part (for children) and a deep part of 1.50. We are proud of our many free birds, where the sunrise and sunset are a spectacle in their own right, and at night there is incredible stargazing. Plenty of privacy in a gated community Outdoor fireplace to warm up at night, gaze at the sky, and share unique experiences as a family

Rancho na Ponta do Sol, in Capitólio/MG! Casa on the edge of Lake Furnas, with a full leisure area (pool, wet bar, barbecue, wood burning stove). Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner industrial stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer. Room with a brick-built sofa, 32" smart TV and Wi-Fi. We also have a 42" smart TV with internet access. Maximum 12 people in beds. There are 3 bedrooms (1 of which is an ensuite). The house accommodates up to 30 people, and an additional charge is made starting from the 16th guest. The house is located in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe boats for rent.
