Beautiful house, new, comfortable and very clean. Fully equipped, we just need to bring the bedding. We had a great stay. Both Hugo and Mr. Antônio were very helpful with information about the house and the city.

We're very happy to stay! The house is exactly as described: clean, modern, welcoming and very well located. Beds are comfortable, with high quality mattresses and soft pillows. Everything in the house is new and well-maintained. The refrigerator and freezer work perfectly, gel very well. The sauna is wonderful and was a differential in the stay. The kitchen is super-equipped, with all the pots and pots clean and ready for use. We didn't have any concerns — the house has everything we need. We only have compliments! Super attentive host.

I was at the house with 8 friends and we loved it! Beautiful, modern and very clean house. It is in a quiet condominium with no shops, probably all the houses are for seasonal rent and so we had a little difficulty sleeping at night due to a house with a lot of extremely high noise. My suggestion is to check the showers to unclog them.

The house was just like in the listing! Spacious, comfortable, extremely well assembled with everything we needed ! Janaína was super attentive, responded quickly, we had a little problem with the gas that was promptly resolved! Gisele indicated for cooking for us was excellent! We'll be back for sure! Casa is great, with a beautiful view. It is a country house, high on the mountain and with a small dirt road to reach. Raí always answered promptly. The only difficulty was with the shower, which had solar heating and we had difficulty finding the right water point.

We had a great time. The service of Jonas and Gleisson was the main point, as they always responded promptly. The house is exactly as described. The place is very nice and accommodated 5 families well.

The stay was great from start to finish! Wesley and his wife are great hosts and the place is wonderful! The complete kitchen, large suites, plenty of tables and chairs. The pool isn't heated, but it wasn't a problem at the time. The road is easy to access. Note: the sunset on the spot is beautiful, it is worth taking a little time to contemplate!

We were allowed to check in early as we would have to store luggage before the speedboat tour. Exactly as advertised on the platform. I highly recommend the Funnel Ranch! I will return there when I return to the Capitol!

The house is compatible with the listing! We felt really good and at home. I only suggest repairs to the toilets: sinks and showers, as non-compliance in the operation disturbed our use (shower no hot water, leaky sink and hygienic shower was not working). Taking away these unforeseen events, Felipe always answered us quickly and the house is very cozy. We indicate for sure!

The house is a few blocks from the main avenue, where you can find the basics to spend the period. It is comfortable, clean and has an ideal outdoor space for meals and barbecues!

For those who like to stay at home for greater family interaction, freedom and privacy, this is an excellent option. The house has an excellent plan, leaving it wide and connecting all environments. In addition, all rooms have a suite is a great differential, reserving the necessary privacy. The condominium has a great location, which makes it very easy, as we do not need to travel to do the tours. The boat ride caught us at the marina in the condo and the 4x4 ride picked us up from the door of the house. All needs and questions were met by the owner. I thank Soraia.

The stay was excellent, starting with the very friendly and proactive hostess, always answered the messages very quickly, in addition to giving several tips about the place, we were very well received by the housekeeper, who went to the house every day to clean the pool. The house is very beautiful, everything clean and organized, wonderful decoration, it has everything you need in the kitchen, air-conditioning in all the bedrooms working perfectly. Anyway, our family enjoyed a lot and we want to get back as soon as possible.

We had a Problem!!! It's over too fast!! The starting point was to stay in capitol until we found this accommodation, which provided all our expectations. Rancho is very far from everything, great for those who want to disconnect from the hectic life. There was everything we needed there, bedding, household items, barbecue, a good hammock, nature everywhere, birds of all kinds singing. Without counting the fishery, the dam with varieties of fish, MANDI, TUCUNARÉ, PIAU, TILAPIA and a great fishing teacher instructing us Mr. JAPONES, a great friend we know. He and Mr.Edinilson welcomed us very well!!! We very much want to come back soon and bring other family members to meet!!!

The house is wonderful, the view from the lake of dazzling furnas, only the city of Guapé is not prepared for tourism, needs to invest more in communication and welcoming the tourist.
