The property is 200 meters from the lake of furnas (3 minutes walk) where there is a boarding for the departure of the speedboat tours and the 4x4 pick up in the building itself, leaving your vehicle on the property monitored by security cameras, the Residential has an exclusive pool that serves only the 6 apartments of the complex all summer.
