Spacious marina close to town, away from the city noise, with an incredible view of the mountains, Lake Furnas and the marina. It's just 3 km from Capitólio Mall. There's a swimming pool with a shallow end (for children) and a deep end of 1.50 m. We are proud of our many free-flying birds. The sunrise and sunset are a spectacle in themselves, and at night, stargazing is incredible. Rancho na Ponta do Sol, in Capitólio/MG! Casa on the edge of Lake Furnas, with a full leisure area (pool, wet bar, barbecue, wood burning stove). Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner industrial stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator and chest freezer. Room with a brick-built sofa, 32" smart TV and Wi-Fi. We also have a 42" smart TV with internet access. Maximum 12 people in beds. There are 3 bedrooms (1 of which is an ensuite). It has 2 en-suite bathrooms with showers, plus 1 toilet and 1 outdoor bathroom with a shower.

The house accommodates up to 30 people, and an additional charge is made starting from the 16th guest. The house is located in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe boats for rent.
