Rancho by the River with great views, perfect for resting or partying. Very well located in the Furnas Dam, close to several waterfalls and other sights. The house is large and well airy, has several utensils to enjoy with great comfort. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a bathroom, being 2 suites. We have a full kitchen, fiber optic wifi, children's pool and 2 kayaks with oars and vests. *We do not yet have pillows, linen and towels.

The house accommodates up to 30 people, and an additional charge is made starting from the 16th guest. The house is located in a gated community that provides greater security. We are facing the Terramare peninsula and close to Capitolio and Canions. We also offer new, comfortable and safe boats for rent.

Our family felt at home. The site really looked exactly like the pictures. everything very clean, equipped kitchen, spacious place. quiet place, easy access location, close to the city where it has all supermarket structure, pharmacy, fuel station.. The motorboat tour can be done without having to leave the ranch, bringing convenience and tranquility. Lucas is very helpful and attentive.

Very functional, well-equipped house in a quiet and safe place. Lake views and sunsets are especially beautiful. Flavio always responds quickly and clearly. The city resolved as well as possible small impasses that we had, and provided us with good indications of services (cook and speedboat ride) for an even better experience.

We are completely happy with the experience. Hostel with impeccable rooms, everything very tasty and clean. Daiss received us with great affection at the hostel, she is mega attentive and friendly. We were even surprised by a night fire pit in front of a starry sky. The place follows the quality of the city Boa Esperança. Beautiful beaches with tops restaurants, all very cheap. We'll be back more often for sure. 💕💕

Ricardo's house is excellent and we felt at home. Everything is clean and very organized, it has everything you need for a great stay. The garden is also beautiful! We intend to return soon.

wonderful stay! absurdly beautiful place! Only two points to point out, the warning of sound prohibition after 10pm was only passed the day before the stay (but we had no problem with it), another point is the heating of the pool that made by solar heating plates, not so much sunshine so the pool was always cold. Overall it's a great place!

SUPER RECOMMEND. Amazing experience! The ranch is on the lakeside, with beach tennis and kayaks available. A small soccer field (with trimmed grass). Swimming pool, barbecue area and games (pool table and foosball) new, clean and well equipped. Very well-equipped kitchen too. Impeccable gardening. The whole house was very clean and basic materials were available, such as toilet paper, detergent, pillows, and even mineral water in 25-liter gallons. Very good internet. New air-conditioners in great condition inside the house. And in the chalets, ceiling fans. The place is extremely quiet, peaceful and private (within a gated community). Excellent stay, both Evandro and Daniel (responsible for receiving us) are friendly and super helpful. Very easy check-in and check-out. We really have nothing to complain about. We'll be back for sure!

We had our pets and baby in the house and loved it. Casa Clean, organized, we don't miss anything. The place is mto tranquil, access to the great river for fishing and to play child. Mirtes is a kind and helpful host. It doesn't make you want to leave.
