It's an excellent place. It's definitely going to be on my list of go-to places. It's easy to get to the beaches and restaurants on the west side of the island, and it's a tranquil place to pass the time.

The place exceeded all our expectations, and we absolutely loved our stay! The house is spacious, spotless, and perfectly situated on a hill with a stunning view. It was quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to a supermarket, several restaurants, and a beautiful beach. Alberto's mother on the first floor was always friendly, bringing a warm and positive vibe to the house. Alberto was incredibly responsive whenever we needed anything. I definitely recommend this AirBnb!

We were in Puerto Rico for a wedding. Carlos greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The place was perfect. Everything was as pictured in the listing. The beach was a very short walk and he provided us with beach towels and chairs. We arrived during an extensive island power outage. We had access to most things, but Carlos provided us with ample fans to circulate air while we waited for the power to be restored. He was very concerned and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. Fortunately, power was restored during the night of our arrival. If visiting PR again, I would not hesitate to stay at this location.

I loved the place. Super clean, quiet and close to many restaurants to eat. The ocean view balcony, priceless! It has everything you need for a getaway in a quiet and safe place.
