This upper level is for 20 guests on 10 beds within 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine, 2 baths. The whole property with 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms is available at another link. Events allowed at separate cost. Enjoy Pedal Boats, Kayaks and Playa Santa, Playa Jungla, Gilligans Island, La Parguera, Bosque Seco, Malecón restaurants.

The Pelican Suite

The Pelican Suite is part of Bancy’s By The Sea right on the water in Ensenada, Guanica. It is a large suite with a private bathroom, living room and half kitchen. There are two wonderful balconies on each side of the suite with incredible views of the tropical garden and sea. Downstairs there is a large fully equipped kitchen that would be shared if there are other guests are staying. There are 6 other rentals in this house. So great spot if you’re wanting to bring a large group as well.
