Within walking distance of one of the best beaches in the south of the island (Santa Beach, 4 minutes walk) is this property consisting of two rooms, each with a bathroom, mini kitchen, television, queen size bed, full sofa bed, separate entrance for each room, small pool with 88 degrees F water heating. In addition, a kitchen and 1 bathroom in the outdoor patio, gazebo, ample parking inside the property and a quiet and cozy atmosphere.

This cozy house has everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Its location is key, close to the most beautiful beaches in the southwest of P. R. Near the house, there is a bakery, pharmacy and excellent restaurants. There are shopping malls and excellent tourist spots in the adjacent villages. Something very important, the house has an alternating power system using a battery, to have basic services in case of loss of electricity. See photos!!

The apartment is located in the town of Playa Santa, near to 4 spectacular beaches. You can walk to the beaches of Playa Santa, Playa Manglillo, Playa La Jungla, and Playa Escondida. Additionally, it is next to exquisite restaurants and a "Scuba Diving" center. 🏖️

Playa Santa Sweet Escape

Kick back and relax at our calm beach theme place. Our apartment has amazing beaches close by, Playa Santa being about a two min walk, and Playa La Jungla being about a 3 min car ride. The local dining scene is outstanding, with El Badén being a short walk away. Island Scuba is about one min walk for those who enjoy scuba diving. El Bosque Estatal de Guánica (the Dry Forest) for our hikers is about a 20 min car ride.
