Laurie's space was very clean, spacious and had great amenities. The bed was very comfortable and nice linen and towels were provided. Laurie was very thoughtful and ensured our check in/out was very smooth. Finally, there were a few small touches (providing some bread, tea, chocolate etc) which made us feel very welcome and took the stress of going to the shops. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet weekend away at Mt Tamborine!

We absolutely love staying at Kate's place! Every time we visit Boyland/Tamborine, there's no question, we always choose her accommodation. It's become a little tradition for us now. Kate is an amazing host, so welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. The house is always spotless, cozy, and full of those little touches that make you feel right at home. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We stayed over the Anzac weekend and once again, everything was just perfect. Thank you, Kate, we can't wait to come back!

I had the most beautiful and soul-refreshing stay at this retreat. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at peace. Gareth and Amanda have created a truly special space—it felt like stepping into a pocket of calm, where the world slows down and everything around you feels safe and soothing. Every detail was so thoughtful, calming, and filled with care. The accommodation was spotless, cosy, and surrounded by stunning nature. The decor, filled with lush plants and earthy touches, added such a grounding and vibrant energy to the space—it was a joy to wake up there each day. The bathhouse was absolutely incredible—such a dreamy, relaxing experience—and the fireplace added the perfect touch of warmth and comfort, especially in the evenings. It was the perfect place to slow down, breathe, and just be present. My partner and I had the most lovely time reconnecting and soaking in the serenity. I’m so grateful for the peaceful atmosphere this place offered and can’t wait to return.

We stay here 2 nights for our anniversary oh my what a beautiful place such amazing 😍🥰 very quiet and peaceful relaxing love it , stunning view of the mountains . The cottage very clean and had everything you need. Wendy is great host highly recommend visit Gold Coast visited this place .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
