Cozy house in a quiet and beautiful rural mountain setting in Granada. Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open layout with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails are a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

A recently restored two-story house that retains many original features, including its hydraulic tile floors, doors, and chestnut wood beams. The entire first floor has incredible mountain views through a large bay window. There is a hall with a bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room, and a 90x200 cm bed. On the second floor (with a wide staircase), there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom, a terrace, and a space for working or yoga.

Renovated with lots of love, blending the old with the new, I’ve created a cosy, zen atmosphere. It’s very cosy, whether it’s summer or winter. It is a mountain location, situated 1,200 metres above sea level. It’s a less hot area in summer than many other places due to its geography, and it cools down nicely at night. It is 1 km from the town and located between Baza and Guadix.

It is bright, with original high ceilings of wooden beams, with a cobbled Granada patio with a central fountain where you can relax after visiting the city.

Its ceilings, over 4 metres high, wooden beams over 100 years old, and the original period bricks give this apartment an incredible uniqueness.
