We arrived on 2nd April and wasn’t disappointed at all . We were greeted by Katia who showed us around . The place is fantastic . The hill is for everyone but we had no problems . The house is brilliant but I would say that the games rooms needs sorting out as there is gym equipment that doesn’t work . I would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to come back again . The restaurants on the sea front are amazing highly recommend the pizza place on the beach front .

We had a long stay 6 weeks in feb/march 25. our dog was with us for half of the stay. The house is as described, we had quite unusually wet weather for half of our stay but the climate control in the house worked really well so we could be warm in the cool evenings. The house is very cute and spacious and the roof terrace was amazing on the sunny days. Pia told us about some of the lovely walking routes and we enjoyed many of them. There is an easy walk to Competa ( once you get to the top of the village- which is pretty steep) it is fairly flat with wonderful views of the mountains and the sea. I would recommend Maro beach, it has parking ( in winter) and a small beach bar, lovely clear water where you can hire a Kayak 22 euro for 1 hour where you can see a fab waterfall that is only visible from the sea. Adrian's bar in Competa, great for cocktails, very chic. Pia was very responsive as was Chris who lived close by for any issues. A real home from home feel. we had a great time.

We loved our stay in Granada at Valentina’s! It is a bit challenging to find, but the host was very responsive in ensuring we found it. The house is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful location. It is really clean and unique. We loved being able to walk so many places from the house and were impressed with the decor. We would love to come back!!

Really cozy, rural, beautiful nature, quiet, tapas bar right next door. We enjoyed it very much. We were fortunate that the weather was really nice, with blue skies and sunshine. In the house there was what we needed. There were three of us, but there could easily be four. We would love to come back again.

The location of the accommodation is spectacular, at the foot of the Sierra Nevada. Everything was very clean and manageable. I would come back how many times I can.

Beautiful home and garden with pool!

We had a lovely stay, despite the torrential rain for most of our visit (March). The house is comfy and we loved the wood-burning stove. The kitchen was great and very well kitted out, and we did a lot of cooking with local produce. The outside area was beautiful, mountains as backdrop, and a huge garden with different areas to sit and enjoy the views and wildlife. Even had orange trees. The house is about 3km from Orgiva, along a very winding road. We were glad it was still daylight when we first arrived, to help find it. Thanks for a lovely stay. I'd love to come back in better weather to really enjoy the pool and do more of the local walks.

Rafael was super accommodating and good on communication. This house is simple but the location is amazing in this warm valley of avocado farms and good views. Nice walks around. A good deck for sunshine and being together.

Beautiful house with sea view, several terraces, heated pool, heating, but also many stairs. Sylwia reacted very quickly when the water in the showers was a little too cold and had it readjusted. Overall, we had a lovely time at the house. However, you should be aware that at the end of October/beginning of November almost only the garden gets sun (until the early afternoon) and the other terrace areas are rather shady. The warm pool, hot tub and sympathetic landlords definitely make up for it.

What a beautiful place! What tranquility! I felt very good in Mercedes and Diego's house. The grounds are very large and enclosed which is great if you're traveling with a dog. The owners are very nice and I enjoyed the bottle of wine – from Diego's vineyards – as a welcome gift. I highly recommend it.

The moment you leave this place, you’ll already be planning your return. Dreams of complete relaxation, authentic Spanish charm, and desert adventures all come alive here. Thanks again, Jason and Paula – what a beautiful place you created!

Susana and her family are very hospitable and helpful hosts. We (2 people+baby+dog) stayed with them for almost 5 weeks in spring and immediately felt welcome. They always stood by us with advice and action (there were tips for hikes and where to find a workshop or a doctor)...although our Spanish is already very rusty. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos and is very personally decorated. There is nothing missing: from coffee to salt and oil to detergent, there is everything you need for a longer (or shorter) stay. It is quietly located in a beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees and you can use the pool. You park in a small street in front of the house. By bus, which runs virtually at the front door, you are in Granada in 25 minutes (on the Roman bridge). In Gojar you will also find everything you need (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy) within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

The stay was perfect.Tanto Marta how Amaia were at all times available for any questions we had. The house of 10, the very comfortable mattresses ( my daughter told me to tell you, she slept in glory. ) The ideal location, just a 3-minute drive from the village and with spectacular views. I would definitely go back without thinking about it. Thank you very much for your kindness ,you are lovely .

Daniel's place has an exceptional view, especially from the bedroom. The description is completely in line with reality and we find all the amenities of everyday life; the apartment is very well stocked; nothing is missing. Daniel was great throughout the stay; he responded very quickly to any questions we had and helped us a lot throughout the stay. We highly recommend their accommodation.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The attention of Maricarmen, the host, was great from the first moment: friendly, attentive and with excellent communication. The house is perfect, especially for those of us traveling with dogs. Our hairies were happy with the space and tranquility of the environment. We enjoyed fresh eggs in the morning, a detail that made the stay even more special. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel at home: comfortable, clean and very well cared for. The location is ideal, close enough to Almeria to explore the city, discover beautiful corners and visit the beach, but also with the calm and charm of a cottage perfect for reading, lounging, and disconnecting from the noise. Not only did we love it, but we are already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for everything Maricarmen!

The place was amazing with beautiful views! Nick and Julia were amazing host who were very responsive if we ever needed anything. We will most definitely miss the place and of course the pets too!

Resetting and finding peace is especially easy here. The location is ideal, away from the hustle and bustle, in the middle of nature, with magnificent views. When you go down looking for the house you can already intuit the special space in which you are going to spend your days. Stone house with the interior of a peculiar and cozy style. Invite to listen to the silence and read a good book. It's so secluded that you can't get there by car (you'll leave it about 200 meters away). It was personally not a problem for us. Nele was super attentive at all times, she even helped us with the gas oven (we are novices in this aspect hehe). Both the listing and its human quality are worth living.

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous apartment—it was beautifully designed and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Jo was an amazing host, super responsive and thoughtful. Her local restaurant recommendations were absolutely spot on and really elevated our experience. highly recommended! beautiful and mega peaceful surroundings. you can really relax here. the bungalow is nice, but what's best here is the owners that create warm atmospehere and provide cosy common space where you spend your time and can eat good food; also we came for skiing and it’s only 35 mins of driving to the skicenter sierra nevada so it’s a good base for skiers
