This house is meant to bring people together, with many places to gather around dinner tables or a fire pit, cook in the large kitchen, or enjoy the spacious covered 1st floor patio, located under the house.

On the property is a dock with a sunning deck, stairs leading into the water, and a floating dock to enjoy. There is campfire ring with lawn chairs and large mature trees.
