New apartment with excellent lighting, comfortable and warm. This place you will love it since it has a beautiful view of the city of Guadalajara, in addition the tower has spaces for rest and recreation (swimming pool, gym, rooftop). Its location in front of a light rail station makes mobility easier. The first picture of the city 20 minutes by car, a chedraui just in front and a small square on one side with a variety of amenities.

An open living space is featured, showcasing a vibrant red sofa and a sleek coffee table. A dining area with wooden chairs and a kitchen area is visible. An upper loft with sleeping arrangements is accessed by a ladder. Natural light enters through a large window.

Beautiful very practical loft for short or long stays very comfortable. It has everything you need, Equipped kitchen, cable TV, WIFI. The main entrance to the property is shared and you can use patios and terraces. To access the rooms you have to climb stairs to be taken into account. if you come by car We have places on a pension at 300mts. the pension closes at 10pm. contact us for the schedules on weekends and holidays

Has a kitchen with a bar, a living room, 4.5 bathrooms with showers, 3 bedrooms (the main one with a private terrace) and a sofa bed in the TV room with a 60 "screen. Located in the Residencial Santillana, which has many green areas and is a few steps from the artificial lake of Solares.

A spacious room

El cuarto es muy amplio y con luz. Es una ventana muy grande que da a la calle y hay vibración ocasional por camiones pesados y ruido de tráfico todo el día. El baño es compartido entre dos habitat cada una tiene su propio acceso desde el interior de cada habitación.
