Great 🟢 accommodation for when attending events at Hacienda Sitio Mata, it can even be reached on foot. 🟢Pretty quiet and safe place. 🟢 Amenities are as described. 🟢 Marlon is very attentive to needs. 🟡 The parking lot is on the edge of the street (Parqueo 1) but it has a space to store the cars less than 40mts safer (Parqueo 2) a little steep but more hidden, in the same way, the area is very quiet. Highly recommended.

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed because we had an activity at the Guayabo National Monument. The location was ideal because we were 20 minutes away. The stay is worth it and offers a beautiful view for breakfast outdoors. If we had stayed longer, we would have liked to paint a stone, because the option was there.

Communication with the host was excellent. Very helpful and responsive. The cabin was great. Kitchen well stocked. Bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. Note that the 5:30 am morning sun comes in and the animals get up that early. If you want to sleep in, bring eye covers and ear plugs. We had a lovely breakfast on the porch looking at the volcano. Overall, it was a good stay.

It was a beautiful home to stay at for the weekend with my family. They were very responsive over message, and they were kind and accommodating during our stay.

Shirel was an outstanding host! She was very responsive, friendly and communicative. The house is in a safe location and was easy to find. Check in and checkout was simple and easy. Booked this last minute and excellent communication. The place is newer and has great restaurants on the street level . Awesome pool and even better 21st floor to rooftop where you can spend the morning relaxing or wind down in the evening ! Check in was a breeze. The cooking facilty was awesome. Close to city but far enough to be away from the hustle n bustle

The place was amazing, it had an excellent view and the facilities are very comfortable and had everything advertised.

We had a great stay! Our main propose was to do the farm tour. We did so and had a great time. The house was nice and very clean. We saw quite a few different birds the surrounding area is beautiful! We prepared food ourselves. To get to a restaurant you will have to drive a few minutes.

Our second time visiting this lovely house, everything was perfect and the communication with host and property manager was absolutely great

I'd need to be a better poet to do justice to the views: nothing compares to sharing your morning coffee with the countless birds and hummingbirds just behind the jumbotron glass windows of your own private nature theater. Lovely destination to pass with your partner. The nature, peace and privacy are all healing for the soul.

wow simply indescribably beautiful. you are in the middle of nature. I have seen many birds, monkeys and squirrels. You can quickly reach everything important by car. Oscar was very sweet and Luis was the nice hard-working worker on site. All very warm ☺️🥰👍

Very kind Tito, the place is very nice, we had a good time with our two dogs who enjoyed running around the farm and meeting other animals (sheep, geese, ducks, chickens). We liked that the bathroom was impeccable, the cabin very tidy, we thought we would be cold but even though it rained at night the temperature was perfect to stay between the blankets. We tried to go out to see the sunset but there was a lot of fog, we still liked the silence a lot. You have to be careful with the stairs because they get slippery, and there is a shower with hot water upstairs, we didn't need anything.

the place is really special - it is the people that make the place like that. we had a great time, even before arriving communication with Deiby was great, very fast and helpful. we could checkin earlier than 3 which was very helpful. we were a bit surprised that we had rented the entire house consisting of 6(?) bedroom and 3 bathrooms.. of course the three of us used definitely less. the road next to the house did not really disturb us, simply because waking up at around 5.30 with the first light became our regular time. the dogs are very sweet and accompanied us wherever we went. the pool is just beautiful as well as the garden. Dona Anna prepared a beautiful meal on our last evening and we had great talks (in Spanish). the kitchen in the house is quite basic but was enough for us, we enjoyed the blender to prepare fruit shakes. all in all it was a great and in my eyes a very authentic experience to stay.
