Holiday rentals with lake access in Guácima

We had a great stay. The house is as described and the kitchen was particularly well equipped. The beds were comfy. Irma was very helpful with recommendations and a booking for a birthday meal. We received fresh eggs in the morning, which was lovely. This does mean noise from the chickens, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. There is a lovely balcony and plenty of space for the kids to run around.

Hosting in Finca Ojoche was excellent. We were looking for a quiet place to forget the city and it really exceeded our expectations. And the site is beautiful, the house, the ranch, the trails to the rivers, in short, the whole property. Check-in was very simple, as was previously reported by Marcela, who also really behaved very well with us, always responding to our inquiries and always pending. In short, we had a great time and recommend the place and Marcela to other Airbnb guests.

We had a great stay at the Pure Life Sanctuary! We were 8 people coming for a company retreat, and this house was perfect. The dining/living room was great for team discussions and meals, the WiFi was solid, the kitchen had what we needed to make breakfasts / dinners, the beds were comfortable, and the property was beautiful (photos do not do it justice). There is not a ton to do within walking distance, but we were easily able to call Ubers to get to nearby restaurants in Grecia and hikes.

Our group of 2 couples stayed here for a few days. We fell in love with the place and the host. This gorgeous, peaceful hillside property has lush gardens and trout pools surrounded by forest. The house is clean, comfortable, and well laid out. Bedrooms/bathrooms offer privacy, while common kitchen/dining/living areas are inviting and practical. Steve is an exceptional host and a wonderful human being. He made sure everything was in order and that we had great coffee. His local knowledge and tips were valuable. We’re grateful fans!

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful! Although the apartment is not brand new, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. It’s very clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The balcony with views of trees and mountains is a true gem – it was the perfect spot for morning coffee and a relaxing evening watching the sunset. Both bedrooms were very comfortable, with luxurious bedding, air conditioning, and blackout curtains. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. I was super happy with the fast internet so I could work remotely A huge plus is the apartment’s location – it’s very close to the pool, which was especially convenient on hot days. We had access to a gym, restaurant, and playground. The entire complex is well-kept and very safe, with 24/7 security. The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and care – it made the stay truly special!

the apartment is very nice, and has a park next door for physical activity or walking and a shopping center very close by. Mayela and Fernando are very friendly and always ready. Recommended ! Thank you !

Karen’s place was very well decorated, organized, clean and had all of the necessary amenities. The overall facility is very well maintained with pathways for walking to the pools, fitness room, tennis courts and restaurant. I felt very comfortable and secure as the entire facility is gated and guarded. Definitely recommend it and sure to book it next time I’m in San José CR!
