Condo holiday rentals in Guácima

my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

I 100% recommend Michael's place, the photos are no reference, very nice place overlooking the lake, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and equipped kitchen, the washing center was a plus for my family, we spent 6 days in this place, after we went to Mexico, Michael even helped us get a parking lot for our vehicle for the time we were in Mexico, being sheltered and safe, Michael is definitely an excellent host, he was always on the lookout to answer our doubts and we prayed so that our trip out of the best in the family. We hope to be back soon!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here!! So many great things to rave about! The views of the mountains are even better in person! I love how cozy the apartment felt and most of all how secure it was!! There was a security officer to let you in at all times. Love the walkability of the place. I was about 10mins walking distance from La Sabana park, several restaurants around the area and could get around easily through walking or Uber. This was my first time doing an extended stay for about two weeks and Cristian & the apt was just perfect! Also very responsive to any questions I had. Don’t hesitate, book!

Great place to stay. Very close to everything. Lofts was always very friendly and responsive at all times. In addition, he helped us check in early. We felt very grateful.

It’s not the first time I stayed there. Israel is always very friendly and flexible. It’s recommend it.

I stayed at Gils apartment for a month and it was great. I will be back. It's close to everything and the apartment and property are great.

Ronald was an amazing host! He was always available to help with restaurants, directions, things to do, etc. He was responsive and super friendly. I gave him five stars because he really went above and beyond!! The only thing I will say is the hot water runs off solar panels so the shower is the only thing that really got hot. The bathroom and kitchen sink didn’t even get warm. That was a small adjustment for an overall clean, gorgeous and well kept condo! Keep up the great work Ronald!

The location has cool rooms. I reserved the cinema room and took advantage of the other rooms that were available. James was helpful with giving me the times available to reserve the other rooms. He also provided me with options for dining.

The apartment is small, studio type; but too comfortable and beautiful, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The bed is delicious, there is air conditioning, you feel very safe and comfortable. The place is very quiet, very close to everything, easy to get to. I was surprised by the smart parking tower that has the building and very friendly don Domingo, one of the guards of the place, explains to one everything, as a schoolteacher. Thank you very much, María Jesús. Recommended place, 100%.

Very cute, nice apartment with easy access to the airport. 24/7 security guards, so it feels very safe.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

A very nice, lovingly equipped, clean apartment. I slept well. Garage and elevator were comfortable. Bryan responded to my requests immediately and very kindly.

Easy to find, private and no hassle to rest

Great place and security...

First off, Marlene was an incredible host, which makes a huge difference. The community the condo is in is truly wonderful in every way, and the staff throughout our stay was great, and we made many friends. The condo itself was comfy and just right, and we especially loved the 2 balconies, particularly the one in the bedroom. The views are beautiful, the night sky is magnificent, and we spent many hours out there just enjoying the sounds of the stream below, the many birds living all around us, and the beautiful mountains close by. The internet is stable and super speedy. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent, and everything you could ever need is nearby. Huge thumbs up, and we’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment is too nice an impressive view, neat with utensils easy to access to maintain cleanliness, super complete the kitchen has all the comforts for the preparation of food and a great variety of utensils and very spacious the living and dining room are fair to share with freedom of space, last and very important don Miguel's attention is very accurate, timely and very cordial, provides clear directions and responds in short waiting times. Without hesitation, I would recommend the price is fair and the place is very nice. One particularity is that in the condo people in general are very respectful and friendly.
