Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

We invite you to a comfortable, new house located in the picturesque Staniszów, at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains. Our house consists of two independent apartments ("Śnieżka" and "Szrenica"), which can be rented together or separately - it is an ideal place for a family holiday, a getaway with friends and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is located among forests, hiking trails and walking paths, and there are numerous attractions of the Karkonosze Mountains in the area.

Our 3 holiday mountain lodges are directly located in the giant mountains of poland - in the middle of 2 ski areas Szklarska Poreba & Karpacz. Perfect for hiking, wintersports & nature fans. For that our lodges are perfect prepared with ski wardrobe, shoe dryer, infrared Sauna, hottub, Terrace & private parking space. Closed to us is a very famous waterfall where it is alloud to go swimming. The interior is a very cosy unique design with all modern features - WIFI, smart TV, modern kitchen, ...

Popielato 2 - a house with a hot tub and fireplace

POPIELATO to całoroczny, mały dom (35 m2), dla 2 - 4 osób, położony na skraju wsi Grudza - 15 minut od Świeradowa Zdrój, 30 minut od Szklarskiej Poręby. Rozciąga się stąd niesamowita panorama na Sudety. W domu znajdują się dwie oddzielne sypialnie (w tym 1 na antresoli), kuchnia, łazienka i salon. Mamy kominek oraz balię z hydromasażem (opalaną drewnem), do której można wejść bezpośrednio z dużego tarasu. Domek znajduje się na ogrodzonej działce (1.000 m2) która jest idealna dla czworonogów.

High Grass of Gruszków

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na leżaku, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na las. W zimowe wieczory zaczytujesz się w książkach, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

A UNIQUE, UNUSUAL PLACE! The tree houses are small luxury apartments in Karpacz, equipped with the necessary furnishings to make your vacation in the mountains unforgettable and carefree. For your comfort, our tree houses have a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In all houses, small heaters provide a cozy, warm atmosphere on colder autumn and winter days.

Bohemia

Bohema is a small wooden house of 35 sqm, created independently with the most cozy and natural climate in mind :) The main idea was to create a place to rest, with the possibility of admiring nature. Bohema is located in the picturesque village of Sierpnica, at an altitude of over 700 m above sea level in the Owl Mountains :)
