With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg. Unfortunately, it is not a good option for accommodating children. Adults only, so to speak.

Train in 25 minutes at Marienplatz, free parking. Family friendly, pets 10€ per day. Proximity to the mountains and lakes, within walking distance of all shopping facilities, Friday weekly market regional offers. Beer gardens and restaurants nearby. Monoblock air-conditioned box. Neighbourhood quiet residential estate directly on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. S-Bahn 7 min walk or 1 min bus. 15 min drive to Marienplatz.

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

The town center is within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes. By tram line 25 from Derbolfinger Platz, you can reach the center of Munich in half an hour. Alternatively, you can also use the nearby S-Bahn station Furth (5 minutes by car).
