Access to a spacious covered terrace allows you to enjoy a unique setting for nature lovers. You will be in Annecy in 20 minutes, Aix-les-Bains in 25 minutes, Chamonix in 1 hour 15 minutes.

Our cottage is located on the heights of Aix-les-Bains in the town of Montcel. You'll be between the lake and the mountains. We welcome you to a new and cozy accommodation consisting of two bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double or single bed, a large living room with its open equipped kitchen and a shower room. On the 11 m2 balcony you can enjoy meals with panoramic mountain views. You will be quiet in a green setting. Free parking available.

Set back in a quiet location, you'll enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will enjoy the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and skiing with two small family ski resorts nearby: Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the Revard plateau (40 min) for cross-country skiing and hiking. The Aravis resorts are 1 hour away.

The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Renovated apartment in an old Bauges building, made of stone, between lake and mountain. You will enter through a separate entrance and will be able to park your vehicle in the shelter. Composed of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom equipped with a 120 x 80 walk-in shower, a kitchen equipped with everything you need and a cozy living room. Sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, remember to bring yours.
