This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

Diana’s place was awesome. I was happily surprised there were spare batteries in the drawer when the batteries in the tv remote died. Diana went above and beyond with cute art, candles, lots of blankets, and a great Keurig.

I stayed here for my best friend’s wedding and I was the best man 🥵😫. Lots of duties and running around, etc. This place made the trip so much less stressful and at the end of each day I got to get out on my paddle board and fish the river. I would want to be back here every weekend if I could! Melissa was awesome, we messaged back and forth about restaurants and grocery stores and recommendations for getting things I may need for the wedding or whatnot. The living room and balcony were my peaceful spots to watch some shows and re-tie fishing lines and baits. Kitchen was perfect for storing drinks and food and I loved the shower. Thank you Melissa, you have no idea how easy and great you made this weekend!

Michael's place was better than the pictures could show. We were shocked at how spacious the living room and patio were. The area is great and we would definitely book this place again next time we go to canyon lake.

Absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were stunning, the pool was perfect, and the local wildlife was such a fun surprise — definitely one of the coolest parts of the trip. We also got some great local recommendations that really made our stay extra special. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Great place. Very clean. Updated everything. (Bathrooms, kitchen, etc) Description and photos are spot on. You get what you see. The hosts respond very quickly and are super helpful. Would stay here again!

We loved our stay at Rolling Wave at the Mercer. Was nicer than the pics! Very clean and the pool and grill area are a great hangout spot. Also dog run and bath right down the steps. All in all very comfortable and convenient. Would definitely recommend when visiting New Braunfels!

Nice, cute place, easy to access and get around to/from. Carrie was responsive and accommodating to my couple of questions. All good, had a great stay at Carrie's place.

Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

We visit New Braunfels every year and this location right on the river is just unbeatable! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very informative and check in and check out was a breeze. Would 100% plan to return!

Amazing spot! Close to some good eats and the lake. The Villas pool was very nice! Very clean condo and when I had questions Kelly responded within 5mins! We will book again.

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.

This condo was very comfortable and exactly as described. Nicely decorated and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. The location is great for shopping, listening to music in so many venues, walk two minutes to the iconic Gruene Hall. Everything “Gruene” is only a short walk! Kara and staff were amazing and answered quickly. We had the best time and would definitely return! Thank you Kara and staff!
