Amazing spot! Close to some good eats and the lake. The Villas pool was very nice! Very clean condo and when I had questions Kelly responded within 5mins! We will book again.

This place was absolutely perfect for us. Comfy and well-appointed, and close to the pool and the river. We would be glad to recommend.

I stayed here for my best friend’s wedding and I was the best man 🥵😫. Lots of duties and running around, etc. This place made the trip so much less stressful and at the end of each day I got to get out on my paddle board and fish the river. I would want to be back here every weekend if I could! Melissa was awesome, we messaged back and forth about restaurants and grocery stores and recommendations for getting things I may need for the wedding or whatnot. The living room and balcony were my peaceful spots to watch some shows and re-tie fishing lines and baits. Kitchen was perfect for storing drinks and food and I loved the shower. Thank you Melissa, you have no idea how easy and great you made this weekend!

Place was great. We had fun in the pool and in the large field behind the place. Place was clean and beds were comfortable.

Michael's place was better than the pictures could show. We were shocked at how spacious the living room and patio were. The area is great and we would definitely book this place again next time we go to canyon lake.

We've stayed at Elena's place before and came back because of how comfortable our previous stay was. It was just as comfortable this time. We really appreciate the air conditioning being turned down for our arrival ... it makes for a very welcoming respite. Beds are super comfortable! Ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a plus. Very clean. We'll be back. This is located in a great location. We've stayed in parts of Seguin that are questionable, and this is not in that area.

Great place. Very clean. Updated everything. (Bathrooms, kitchen, etc) Description and photos are spot on. You get what you see. The hosts respond very quickly and are super helpful. Would stay here again!

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

Nice, cute place, easy to access and get around to/from. Carrie was responsive and accommodating to my couple of questions. All good, had a great stay at Carrie's place.

Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

This is our favorite place to stay when we go to New Braunfels. The pool and location are the best part. It’s so close to Gruene but also has restaurants and activities within walking distance. We love the Mercer in general but this unit is our favorite one. It’s spacious and in the perfect location. I’ve never had a single complaint here!

We visit New Braunfels every year and this location right on the river is just unbeatable! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very informative and check in and check out was a breeze. Would 100% plan to return!

Angela’s place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for my weekend trip! I enjoyed the nice pool area, close access to Wimberley, and quiet property with deer and foxes.

Diana’s place was awesome. I was happily surprised there were spare batteries in the drawer when the batteries in the tv remote died. Diana went above and beyond with cute art, candles, lots of blankets, and a great Keurig.

Lovely apartment, nice pool area, walking distance to a group of restaurants, coffee shops etc. Short drive to major strip malls and Gruene.

Had an awesome stay! Joe and Crystal were great—Crystal was super communicative with updates about the river flooding and made sure we had all the info we needed. The place was super clean, easy to find, and the instructions were crystal clear (pun not intended but it works 😂). Definitely a 10/10—would totally stay again! East access to the river, shuttle pick ups, great balcony set up. The round chair was the hit of the trip. Thank you for being wonderful Hosts and we hope to see you next year!

Had a girls weekend at the comfortable condo. Perfect location, was very clean, comfortable beds and a large rear patio we used often to enjoy views of Comal River. Deer came nightly. Very close to Schlitterbahn too. Perfect time to visit before summer crowds.

Clean and great location. Walkable to Gruene. Space was just as described. Beautiful space.
