Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Grottammare

We have just returned from Nonno Dario's farmhouse...and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we as usual brought a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We sought peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, the slow pace is the silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to refresh after the excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Maria Teresa and her son were great tips for catering, as for visits to villages (but there are also plenty of museums to visit), the sublime hikes to do in this area... in short, great tips. Unfortunately over a week we couldn't visit everything but we caught our eyes already:) it would have taken us more than a week on site. The welcome, just like our departure will have been very warm with Maria Teresa who we thank very much for allowing us to discover this beautiful region! The house is secluded and at night there is a masterful calm, this house is ideal for relaxing and refreshing. The house complies with the photos of the site, the olive grove is sublime. No light pollution at night either, a real joy. In short, only beautiful images printed in our retinas. We had a great time. Thanks again and maybe see you next time:)

perfect accommodation. everything you need and a beautiful and well-kept garden. Air conditioning in both bedrooms was worth the money. Everything worked well, was clean and pleasant. A small, enclosed settlement where children could play outside without problems and dangers. Just note that mosquitoes are on the move. The next town is a 10-minute walk away and offers a beautiful atmosphere and good restaurants.

A truly remarkable getaway. Everything as described and more. The 360 view from the rooftop terrace is stunning. Wonderful and responsive hosts, who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Incredibly clean and comfortable bedrooms too. Would love to return.

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the centre. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

Absolutely love my stay at Cecilia’s home, she has everything you could need in the house & the house is beautiful. Cecilia was very nice and friendly & the balcony was amazing. 10/10 recommend and would rebook

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Caravaggio. The apartment is very nice (as in the pictures). Hostess Debbie welcomed us warmly and was always available to us during the stay. Highly recommended :)

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

Our experience at this property was extremely positive; Marcello's welcome was undoubtedly perfect; nice, polite and very clear in the directions. The cleanliness of the apartment is perfect; very clean bathroom, bed, sheets and wardrobe as well and this is not a given, as we have unfortunately been able to ascertain in other facilities. Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Gabri (and co-host Piero Paolo were first and foremost friendly and welcoming. They were both super responsive and helpful and made you feel right at home in this idyllic coastal apartment. What a joy to spend such a relaxing time safe in the knowledge you can trust your hosts to be helpful and respond to your queries promptly and with warmth.

We only stayed one night with Luigi, but we would have liked to have stayed there longer. The apartment is huge, well equipped, very cozy and has many balconies with sea views. Location is quiet. You can quickly walk to the historic village and the castle and also drive quickly to the beach to Grotammare. Just perfect for a stay in the Marche.

Maria Rita is courteous and available. The brand new house, impeccable in cleanliness, has everything you need; very fragrant sheets and towels. Very close to the sea, pizzerias, pastry bar, egg pasta and more. Convenient location and in a quiet and peaceful place at night. TOP

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

The apartment is so lovely! It was very comfortable and we felt at home straight away. There’s clearly been alot of care taken in furnishing & decorating the space. The supermarket is just around the corner so we cooked on a few nights and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We spent most of our time when at home on the balcony, eating our meals and looking out at the view of the water. We left Numana feeling very rested. Elisa & Laura were excellent hosts, proactive with check-in instructions and helpful with anything that came up. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Elena's charming little apartment is located in a beautiful nature reserve. We completely relaxed here. The village of Quintodecimo has been severely affected by the earthquake but the residents are working hard on the recovery. The hospitality of Elena, her family and also of the people in the village, made us feel welcome. We very much enjoyed our stay.
