Franco was a wonderful host, and we really enjoyed our time at his airbnb! The place was cozy, clean, and easy to access, and Franco helped us to feel right at home. Very easy to travel around the area. Would recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.

Cozy and spacious, the apartment is clean and tidy. We stayed for 4 days and it was perfect. The whole neighborhood is well maintained, from the metro you have to walk for just under 1 km. Ilaria was very helpful, thank you! I would gladly recommend this accommodation to my friends.

Carlo was very helpful, he answered our questions quickly, his kindness was a huge differential. The space is spacious and comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and there is a shopping mall nearby where there are restaurants, a market and other services. The location is far from the center, but there is a bus stop very close to the apartment, which is about 15 minutes from the subway station. With Google Maps, we had no difficulty getting around everywhere and we still saved a lot of money. It was not necessary to purchase a card, just buy the tickets at the station or newsstand. It was a very pleasant stay and we thank Mr. Carlo for everything. We highly recommend it!!!

Our stay with Valerio was fantastic! He accomodated our late check in and welcomed us personally and explained all the amenities. The apartment is very luxurious and modern with the jacuzzi being the highlight. Very well furnished, the home had everything we needed. We were close to the Vatican so it made commuting to our tour very easy. We spent the evening outdoor part of the house, and thoroughly enjoyed using the jacuzzi while watching TV. We are glad we chose to stay with Valerio and we highly recommend!

We are very happy with the apartment and the owner. The apartment is clean, quiet, cozy, has everything you need. Great view from the window. The area is almost free of tourists and there are many delicious places for locals. I recommend this place.

It's hard to find the right words to describe how special my stay in Simone's cottage was. It wasn't just a house for a few days, it was a refuge, a peaceful corner that welcomed me when I needed it most. The apartment is cared for in every detail, you can see that behind every object there is a hand that has thought about how to make those who enter really feel at home. Simone is the host that everyone should meet at least once in their life: attentive but never intrusive, effortlessly kind, present in the most human and sincere way possible. He didn't just host me, he made me feel welcome, really. And in a world that is always running too fast, this has immense value. Leaving was strange, like leaving a dear friend's house, with that lump in your throat that makes you say "I'll be back". Because yes, I'll be back. Thanks Simone, really.

I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

as someone who used to live in Rome I found the location to be ideal what also stands out is how easy it is to get around .. free parking in the neighborhood and bus station and metro station close by super market tabaccheria and Gelato bar within 5 minutes walk and Andrea was so accommodating and responsive answering my 100 messages and being so kind and patient will stay again!

Massimiliano and his father Maurizio are, above all, wonderful people—welcoming and pleasant. They are always available to help in any situation. They provided us with excellent instructions on what to do and where to go. If we revisit Rome, we will definitely stay with them again. I highly recommend them to all future guests. 😍🤩

My stay at Marco’s flat was nothing less than spectacular. The location is so convenient. A mere 6 minute walk from Termini Station from which you can find train, metro, and bus options to get anywhere else in and around Rome. While it is very close to the busy Termini area, the flat itself is a peaceful, serene oasis. The flat has authentic charm and really feels like a home away from home. The terrace is huge and provides great views of the surrounding areas. The kitchen was well equipped and had many options for making espresso/coffee and Marco provides some basic sweet breads for breakfast. Marco is an artist and the flat has several of his paintings. There is a lot of great art in the place. It seemed that every time I looked around I would find something new to admire. I highly recommend Marco’s place when you are visiting Rome.

Great place, awesome location. You have everything just around the corner, restaurants, train station, ferry. Lots of options to do at a walkable distance.

Fabio, Federico and Francesca’s apartment was amazing! We were met from the bus we got from the airport and they gave us a lift to the apartment. They talked us through all the best places to go and see and their local recommendations. They had lots of amenities and gave us a thorough tour around the apartment and were made to feel very welcome. We booked it for my friends birthday and they got her a little candle to wish her a happy birthday which was a lovely personal added touch. Couldn’t recommend enough!

#1 for my heat sensitive family is we think Gaia has the best AC in Roma! Such a beautiful apartment in a safe, convenient location. Some of our favorite meals in Italy were the ones we ate in this neighborhood. We were delayed and arrived at 9pm, Gaia was so patient and kind. We walked to enjoy a bite to eat and the best gelato at Fior di Luna a short walk away. Would give 10stars🌟 if possible!

Very well-equipped accommodation, comfortable bed, very nice terrace! Very good restaurants nearby. Be careful though, there is no air conditioning and the centre of Rome is quite far on foot.

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
