Paolo really went above and beyond, taking the time after we had arrived to tell us about some of the lesser known local sites to visit and providing recommendations for restaurants and cafes to visit as well as directions of how to get there from the apartment. He also shared two interactive maps he had created which highlighted tourist spots and dining places we could visit during our stay. He was really helpful in giving us clear, easy to follow directions to the metro and was happy to answer any questions we had. The apartment was lovely - very clean, was exactly as described and it comfortably housed five adults for our three night stay. The apartment was only a short walk from the Colosseum and had a supermarket practically right next door to the building which was super handy. We had a really great time and I would 100% recommend Paolo and his apartment to anyone visiting Rome - you won’t be disappointed!

Excellent place to relax after the long day out of the town. Peaceful neighborhood, few restaurants at walking distance. Short walk to the metro station. Very spacious with three large bedrooms and two large bad rooms. The place was spotless and kitchen is big enough for seven of us. Edoardo let us stay little longer after our flight was delayed. If you travel with large group or family this is the place for you.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very nicely decorated and very functional. It is well located (public transport right next to the cottage). The host is very responsive and ensures our comfort. We recommend +++

very nice stay, roomy apartment with enough beds and baths for our group. Well appointed kitchen. We had a small issue with WiFi but the host took steps immediately to resolve and they did a great job. Location is walkable to a nice area and to the metro , very useful for getting around Rom easily. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Julie's! The house has spacious 4 rooms with bathroom inside. The rooms are exactly as per picture. The location is ideal to visit the city and enjoy nice restaurants at night. Julie is a super kind host, always responsive and friendly who gave us clear instructions for check in and check out and helped us a lot with any questions. We highly recommend the place for a lovely vacanza a Roma :)

Christian was such a great host and we are so grateful to have stayed in his Airbnb for our first time in Rome. He took great care of us and was readily available if we had any questions/concerns. He welcomed us to the apartment and gave us a walk-thru, offered some recommendations, and made sure we arrived/departed from his place with no trouble. We felt right at home in his place and had everything we needed. The location was perfect - central and an easy walk or bus to different neighborhoods and attractions. Grazie mille, Christian! The place is very spacious and comfortable for 3/4 people. Very well equipped, clean and an excellent location. Communication with Iñaria was very good and always attentive. Highly recommended!

Riccardo and Irene have been incredibly helpful and responsive. The place was comfy, tidy and clean. Public transports were nearby and connections were easy.

This week at Elena's was great. A beautiful smiling person, kind, attentive, always attentive and available for her hosts. The apartment was in a great location, ”near the Vatican, clean and quiet. We had a beautiful week, full of stories, surprises and great discoveries! We'll be back with pleasure and without hesitation!

We enjoyed our stay. We were met by someone and given a quick tour. The location was in a good neighborhood. We had easy access to the buses which we used to get all over Rome. The apartment was comfortable and clean. We were even provided with coffee and a Moka pot. We were a 15 to 20 minute bus or taxi ride from sites such the Coliseum and Borghese gardens

We had a great time in Rome. The apartment was spotless. The host advised us on getting around the city and restaurants. It was a very good starting point to discover the city close to the city center and tourist attractions. Maria Pia was very attentive and responsive to our requests.

The location is absolutely strategic, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I loved being able to step out and find a charming café or a local market just around the corner. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was inviting, and the space was thoughtfully arranged. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus, while the kitchen was well-equipped. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I even extended my stay! Location fantastic. Next to tram and trendy delicious restaurants. Building is super high tech with security guard access. Balcony has fantastic view. Perfection. Overnight evening parking easy and free. Sundays amazing flea market at your doorstep! 💎❤️

We loved our stay at this apartment in Rome! The location was fantastic — in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to the bus system and metro. It was close to many major sites, or just a short ride away by public transportation. The apartment was comfortable and made a perfect home base for exploring the city. The apartment was beautiful and in a very good location. It was convenient to everything. The host was very responsive. We had several flight delays and arrived 10 hours after expected. The driver was a bit confused but Daniel met us within 2 minutes at the door to take us in and get us settled. Wonderful after such a long travel day.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic area of Rome. The location is second to none. Whilst we were not very familiar with the area we felt like this was a safe and up market location. High end shops, great facilities (restaurants, shops and a small Carrefour express very close by) and a lovely feel to the neighbourhood made us feel at ease here. We stayed here as a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children) and whilst it was okay, I think it’s more suited to 4 people as using the sofa in the living area made the space very small. Apart from that, it’s really lovely. Master quite has a large sitting area (which we used a lot due to the living area being used as a bedroom). Also the terrace space was a great addition. We would highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Highly recommend this place! It was perfect for our family of 5 (ages 18, 15 and 12). The place has a ton of character. It is modern without losing the charm and antiquity of Roma. It provides all the practical elements you need...towels, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, dark shades for sleeping in, good water pressure, and very clean. The location is wonderful. We took a taxi only twice, one to our meet-up for the Vatican tour and one to the airport when we left. Otherwise, we walked. If you don't want to walk, there is a taxi area a block from the apt. The host greeted us outside at our cab when we arrived. He was genuinely excited to meet us. He showed us the apartment and took extra time to sit down with us and provide great maps of the area and key sites we might want to visit that aligned with the amount of time we were staying. He had positive energy and made the kids feel welcome. We were all very impressed with our host and with the place.

Great location with a bus stop just steps away. Each bedroom having its own bathrooms makes this great for multiple families. Host Mariastella was excellent in accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend!
