Silverstar Barn

Silverstar Barn is located on 10 acres just 3 miles south of Watertown on blacktop road. It is approximately 150 feet from our residence. Rest assure that you will be left alone to enjoy your extended or weekend getaway. We have just completed remodeling the other half of the barn turning it onto another rental. Silver star Stables has it's own entrance and both units have there own patio doors, one facing east, the other west for private outdoor seating. Both units have there own grill as well.

Our lower level space is designed to provide you with everything you need! It’s cozy & clean! You’ll have free street parking, your own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette supplied with several small appliances. Storage space is also available. Self check-in with lockbox. Tall folk beware— this is a basement space! Ceilings are 79in. Bathroom is even shorter. For cat allergy sufferers— we do have cats on main floor but they’re never allowed in the guest space. Melrose Central is a ranch style, 4 bedroom home near landmarks in our community. The main floor has a kitchen w/ new appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms w/ King beds, a full bath, a half bath, & a 1 stall, heated, attached garage. The 1886 Lodge located in Bradley SD in the heart of the Glacial Lakes region. Which has excellent fishing, hunting, & outdoor recreation opportunities. Our lodge was originally the first Bradley school. It has open concept which can sleep up to 7 guests with a queen bed, 3 singles, & a sofa sleeper. Other amenities include a full bath, half bath, full kitchen, & laundry. Hunting dogs are welcome!

Enjoy your summer at the lake. THIS THE LOWER LEVEL OF A HOUSE ON ROY LAKE. It is separate from the upstairs and has its own entrance on the lake. Includes access to dock and close to boat dock. (Our dock is only in the water from May-Sept) 2 bedrooms (1 King bed, 2 queen beds), and large sectional couch. Has kitchenette, private bathroom, gas grill, fire pit. Bring your boat!
