Immenstadt is about 2 kilometres away and offers shopping options, as well as cafés and restaurants, in its historic old town with Marienplatz. A footpath connects the two places. Bühl, with its many leisure attractions, is just a few minutes' walk away. Both in summer and in winter, a wide range of sports activities are available: sailing, skiing (ski lifts are easily accessible by car), cross-country skiing, water skiing, hiking, a summer toboggan run and much more.

Our 19 square meter guest room above the garage with separate entrance, two single beds, mini sofa and separate bathroom with shower and toilet is rented. In the room there is a refrigerator, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, bicycles, etc. can be safely parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, blankets, towels and breakfast dishes as well as tea/coffee are provided.
