Less than 3 minutes from the house you will find a tobacco shop, grocery store, restaurants, snack bar, paintball, golf, equestrian center, go-karting Pets are allowed with a surcharge of €20. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

The SAROZO farmhouse is located in a hamlet of Grospierres. There are 2 separate 60 m2 cottages (an old barn). The cottage is made of typical Ardeche stone, consisting of a large living room with kitchen, dining area and living room. Two large mezzanine bedrooms. One fully closed with double bed and one with 3 single beds (sheets provided). A covered and private wooden terrace with garden furniture. Large wooded lot with valley views. Large secure parking.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.
